    @airtelindia Very bad service at Belaganj, gaya, bihar, 804403.. I have postpaid number,in 4G sometimes not even able to send WhatsApp messages..and also Internet speed is very slow..please look at the issue

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. Raised a broadband shifting request on 29/06, and as of 02/07 there's still no update. The Airtel Thanks app doesn't even let me cancel the request, and customer support has been completely useless, just scripted(1/2)

    @airtelindia I'm on a 5G network, but I'm receiving 50% or 90% data usage alerts much earlier than expected. Please investigate the accuracy of my data consumption records and resolve any discrepancy immediately. I expect a clear explanation and prompt resolution.

    @airtelnews Dear Mr. Sunil Bharti Mittal, is this the ethics @airtelindia stands for?Your team did mis-selling on my Airtel Black (ID: 10101020366934promised a bundle but added hidden charges. Despite call recording proof, support refused to fix it. Requesting your urgent intervention.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , Since last more than 5hrs we are facing airtel fiber wifi issue. Trying to launch complaint via app it saying it takes 5hrs everytime. This is not example of good service. Please sort this.

    @airtelindia @Airtel SR 11033869210. My Airtel Xstream Fiber has been down since Monday. The router's LOS light is red, indicating a fiber line issue. The assigned engineer is not responding to my calls. Please assign another engineer immediately and restore my connection today

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream 2/6 Despite submitting valid KYC documents, the incorrect name still hasn't been corrected. A simple customer data update should not require repeated follow-ups. Customers deserve accurate records and timely support.
