    But instead they raised service disconnection vide SR10365150074063 This what your customer centric approach? If client requests for a extension you will disconnect the services? Thanks for your support for such a long time. We will move @airtelindia broadband r @JioFiberChennai

    @JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my sim card automatically stopped working. Its just showing emergency calls available. I inserted it in multiple devices to make sure that its not my phone's fault. But its not the phone its the sim. In other devices it shows that sim no found.
