    @airtelindia My airtel broadband went dead last Thursday, fault attributed 2 a cable cut, rectified on Sunday but down again since this morning. in the last 5 days, it has worked only for 1.5 days. Complaint number 10121969462. Service highly unsatisfactory. Pls resolve asap

    @airtelindia Never trust Airtel, very negligence staff, they have issued a CUG number from our company after 3 months they realized that the number issued to me does not belong to our company CUG and belongs to some other company, over night they stopped services without notice. Worst AIRTEL.

    @Airtel_Presence No consideration despite being informed that we are calling from the health sector,we haven’t had our landlines/ internet functioning for a week!The Relationship manager,executives ,no help! Regret choosing @airtelindia

    Airtel Black claims they claims dedicated relationship team and Priority response but truth is different. A Internet is not working more than 4 days when I call their call centre they will reply today will resolve tmr will resolve like kinde of false commitment. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel providing services as government no one responds to issues, 3rd class useless services, don’t risk your money with Airtel bank it’s scam, you will never know when your mobile number is issued to someone, without any notice, Airtel is supporting cyber crime.

    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia Better to go with BSNL Airtel and BSNL are same in quality of service, coverage and data at least BSNL is cheeper…

    @airtelindia I was trying to make request for esim. I made request through SMS. I have replied all relevant details. I didn’t receive any call from airtel. But my request cancelled regularly. Tried calling 121 / 198 couldn’t speak to customer care. What should I do.

    @airtelindia had raised a WiFi shifting request which is not completed yet. Talked to customer care for 45 mins no resolution yet. Not able to cancel my internet connection or shift my internet @TRAI We are in big 2026 but still we have to beg these internet providers to cancel

    @airtelindia Very poor network and netspeed noticed in Krishna Nagar, Gomti Nagar areas of Lucknow. Ridiculous. Made a mistake by porting out of @VodafoneIN_News. Are you serious to improve? Not even 5G in the first mentioned area. Don't ask for a secretive reply mode. @TRAI
