    @airtelindia I found all over Chennai facing network problem. In our family we were using 10 prepaid connection and 4 postpaid connection. Me & my wife remains using Airtel network due to prestige not to port to any other network. Finally I am porting to JIO and my wife to BSNL.

    Pathetic N/w coverage & customer service from @ACTFibernet ! @airtelindia network is much better than ur so called 100Mbps broadband connection which gets disconnected often! Stop asking customers to restart their routers when the problem lies elsewhere!

    I think @airtelindia switches off it's towers after 6-6:30pm. Otherwise I don't see any other reason for such pathetic network in the evening.

    @airtelindia worst customer service it's been more than 24 hours with a broad band problem. They send Tacniticon he just comes and sees and goes with no solution. Is this the way you give customer service. Very Disappointed.
