    But instead they raised service disconnection vide SR10365150074063. This what your customer centric approach? If client requests for a extension you will disconnect the services? Thanks for your support for such a long time. We will move @airtelindia broadband r @JioFiberChennai

    Aitel is completely unprofessional. If u r into airtel black u get to RM within secs. Once u r out from airtel black and call customer care, unnecessary call routing happening and they set the language to hindi which i couldnt understand at all.. #airtelthanks @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia Visited airtel store urapakkam, chennai, today.Customer care executive (Mr. Prakash and Mr. Sayed) demanding the Rs.350 on the name SIM portability.They do have any evidence for above claim Surprised to see that the company like airtel has no written rule at store

    Ported from Airtel to jio. Airtel is genuine, if no network they show no network, jio on the other hand,full bars but calls do not connect . Bought another Airtel sim to check if the device is faulty. Airtel works seamlessly. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia is there any reason for selling existing numbers as part of prepaid and new customer go through all harassment calls. Customer service doesn't help on this factor. Any alternative to get out of the problem

    peaceful saturday. good food, good company, and a newly built temple visit. Worked on my yt video (expect it tomorrow evening) just @airtelindia ruined my mood today. Its still not resolved my issue. So tomorrow morning first thing I will do is port to @reliancejio. Life is *****ng good.

    @hangryoldman @JioCare @airtelindia Earlier jio's services used to be very good, you could troubleshoot issues through myjio app and easily schedule a technician visit yourself. Now, you cannot do that even after calling customer care.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Such a Pathetic Service in Broadband. I'm unable to upgrade or downgrade my broadband fiber plan for the last 4 months. I have contacted in facebook, X, email, customer care number, no use till now. Your company should never exit. Shame on you.

    @airtelindia Airtel airfiber is not working since Sunday 3rd May, despite repeated calls to customer care and raising requests. Looks like Airtel is punctual only for billing and not customer support!!

    @airtelindia Please note that I opted for bundled services for my family plan, phone, WiFi and IPTV, your store person made a mistake and logged for DTH services which I never requested, this issues is going on since 25th April,26, paid 2000 INR, yet not resolved, Pl do needful.
