    @airtelindia You people are looting your customers. My o/s balance was around 220/-. Before activation of new tariff. Now your customer service executive is informing my balance was only 89/- . Shame on you guys.

    @Airtel_Presence Call me any time but it should be constructive dialogue Two days before some called me and asked Do you have a problem with @airtelindia DTH when i said yes He said contact 121 and disconnected the call Am unable to reach 121 @TRAI Airtel providing very bad service for sure

    @airtelindia @TRAI You people have messed up the DTH sector. I was paying ₹201/- per month. Now I need to pay more than ₹450/- for viewing same channels. My @airtelindia DTH service provider is charging ₹170/- as NCF.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I contacted customer care but they are guessing which location I stay and without knowing my location she just said there is issue in your area. She is guessing that I stay in Mumbai 🙄 are you serious? Is this the way that your customer executive works?

    @airtelindia since 3 days I’m facing internet problems, thought it might be a temporary congestion on 1st day. Now after 3 days I contacted customer care, they say it will take 15working days to resolve this problem. 2 to 3 weeks of very slow or no internet will impact my life.
