@JioCare Thank you all for support provided. I decided to cancel subscription and go with @airtelindia. No offense but the support provided was pathetic. I have been patient enough but no point in waiting more than 72 hours without resolution. This should not be repated in future.

@airtelindia So when you an issue with your airtel broadband, all you can do raise the ticket and wait for someone to call you regarding it or for the issue to be resolved even if it takes days coz it will not get connected to customer care, ticket is still active right. @airtel
