I have started to feel like even the BSNL connection in my village was much better than this @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Fiber sucks. Now I am starting to regret my decision to switch from ACT fibre net to Airtel Fiber. Airtel has zero customer care.

@airtelindia Got Airtel Black. Faced connectivity issues 3 times and it’s not even a month now. Today is the worst of all. 31st and no internet. I will move to another operator if this happens one more time. The trust is diminishing… where is your quality?
