    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews @VittalGopal how many times i need to reach you for FRC issues on my del 9244556789. As per Dimpy i did 598/- unlimited pack. But it was not successful and amount deducted.Also services are not restored on my del. Call me and help asap.

    This is absolutely the lowest of all service standards I have ever experienced. After procrastinating for a month, a complaint was recorded on 12th May with an assuarnce to follow up within 2 days. Despite several reminders its yet to be resolved. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'd like to address an issue. I have been receiving extreme ping (109 to 115 ms) and several wifi outages, for the past 5 days After contacting airtel customer service, I received a vague answer, stating that I should restart my modem, something I have done.
