  @airtelindia ever since I've switched to your network, calls and internet both have been terrible. I've raised several complaints on the app but all I get is a "your complaint has been resolved" message without any change in my network. Kindly look into the matter.

  why my data strucks in between apps again and again from your end. It started after you got my yearly subscription on 14th of this month. After getting Yrly sub you have put me on a poor bandwidth. your 4G and 5G are useless. you are cheaters. @airtelindia

  I want to port all four no..of mine from Airtel to jio due to pathetic network and customer service from Airtel , after paying 1500 a month all I get is call drops , internet not working most of the time and unable to get in intouch with customer service always @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - Ordered International Roaming by mistake. User Interface is incredibly poor. Chances of accidentally enabling is very very high. No way to cancel this. Tried Airtel Thanks App, tried calling 9910099100. Extremely frustrating. Please advise asap.

  @airtelindia @airtelindia Extremely poor support experience. Almost 2 months, 6+ store visits, documents submitted, repeated calls and emails, yet no resolution or even a complaint ID. Every channel keeps redirecting me elsewhere. How long does it take to resolve a simple customer requests?
