  @airtelindia just ported to Airtel Postpaid, and now I think it was my biggest mistake. No incoming calls from other networks are connecting to my number. I'm just frustrated with Airtel after 1 day. I have complained over the phone, but it has not been resolved yet, for more than 7 hours now. This is my business number, and clients can't even reach me right now. No help, nothing!! Even no reply in DM!!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia From last 24 hours the wifi is not working.. I called the service engineer more than 15 times from then, there is no response.. From when did airtel wifi became such pathetic..

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have checked with your customer service representative about an order 41-151546599329. Surprisingly they don't know. Isn't it pathetic?? She asked me to talk to the chatbot in the Airtel app, but the same is not designed to answer such queries.
