    @airtelindia such an irony that the concerned technician assigned to the complaint 11036606070 says he is on leave and shares another technician number who doesn’t pick the phone the entire Friday a working day. Left with no option we had to trouble shoot ourselves. Pathetic!!!

    @airtelindia why you have disabled my SIM. Now when I went to replace it with new sim, customer care representative is facing technical errors. They are saying that I need to convert it to postpaid. Why is this requirement?@TRAI

    @airtelindia this kind of standard replies are frustrating - “while investigating for Service Request No. xx related to DND issue on your Airtel no. we couldn't find call/SMS records for reported content for shared date. Hence, no action has been taken against sender” @TRAI

    @airtelindia 3 wks ago wen bcoz of no srvc I was cancelling #airtel Dey prsrd me 2 stay wid promises of 2 mths bill waiver. Now dey hve suspended srvcs 4 no bill pymt. Dis how I get rewarded 4 being loyal customer. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia used to give good service (both wired and wireless) about an year ago and before that. It has gone to dogs and is deteriorating month on month. The sad part is, there is no better service available! Similar to - there is no good opposition leader!!

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews your network having many problem. Usually internet is not working and call is not connecting. Location district and session court, arera hills, bhopal madhya pradesh.
