    @airtelindia few months ago, airtel was working fantastic but nowadays maximum number of users have sifted to another companies.Because @airtelindia internet speed is extremely poor in my area that’s why mostly users face lots of problems

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Frm last 2 mnths I am reaching out to you because my dongle is not working and I am getting bills month on month. Insted of resolving d issue I am just getting calls to pay d bill and ur representatives are so rude. Is dis how u treat your customers?

    What a pathetic customer service of xtremefibre by @airtelindia. It's been 1-week since the complaint was first raised. There's no agent one could talk to address problems immediately. There's a bot assigning complaints, it's quick but of no use. Agents come on their own
