    Airtel Xstream app shows an error when checking the request. Customer care- Not able to make a call, and I don’t know where my request is stuck. I can’t even cancel it. @airtelindia Please check and resolve/refund.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Every day, same script. Same promise. Same 24-48 hours more. And still ZERO resolution. Complaint pending since Aug 3. How many more 24-48 hours do you need? Truly great service from the shittiest service provider. SR: 11036893166

    @airtelindia @airtelnews I applied for Wi-Fi on 3 Aug 2026 and paid installation Amt immediately, backed by a firm promise from your team that installation would happen within 24 hours. Four days later, I am left stranded in a loop of broken promises & zero accountability.

    I'm not getting network since last 4 hours after converting physical sim to Esim. I had a talk with customer care 6-7 times but no positive response recd. My primary number not working & have EMI lined-up. If it gets failed who will bear the cost?? @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised a request for Discontinuation of my Airtel Bundle 10101033955914 earlier, but I want to continue with Airtel so I kindly request you to terminate the cancellation and help me be retained with Airtel Network.

    @airtelindia clear case of cheating. Agreed for 1GB loan. Never used. Was not in my phone. Had to get others help to book cab. At home using WiFi. I find 1021MB of 1 GB left. How ? Take back. Should not deduct data from phone. Cheating customers

    Hello @airtelindia, first your team gave me this NCMC Card at a Metro station and most of the time it doesn’t even work. Can you please tell me how can I close this card? It’s of no use for me. @OfficialDMRC - kindly issue your metro cards and stop giving out these cards.
