@ChekrishnaCk when did they provide unlimited 5G? Despite my family using 5G devices on active 'unlimited 5G' plans, the network defaults to consuming our 4G data quota. Once that is exhausted, we experience severe speed drops and are prompted to purchase top-ups. It's all Fake @airtelindia

@airtelindia Atleast allow us to connect with our personal laptop. This is not fair at all. Allow to connect with atleast one device with unlimited 5G. We are not using it for commercial purposes. Lot of people use it for study purpose too. @Dot_India Please help .

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Shared my number via DM. One more thing, the Call Center isn't equipped to answer queries & did not provide any resolution on approx 11 calls made over last 21 days. When asked to speak to supervisor, (s)he was "Busy" in important work ! I wonder!!!

Well done @airtelindia for your 3rd rate service!! Been a cust for over 20 years, with family plan. My son’s (who lives in Ggn) SIM card developed an error and needs replacement. Since I live overseas, the Airtel service center at Galleria, Gurgaon asked me to write (part 1)
