    @airtelindia I had airtel black wifi n dth connection when dth setup box malfunctioning and replaced i was charged but earlier I was assured that it will never be charged if malfunction anytime. I want refund

    Hello @airtelindia I’m a 5-6 year old customer of Airtel and I usually do year long recharges. Recently we shifted to a new house. I am not getting any network there, can’t make calls or use internet. My plan is active until October. Is it possible to get a refund.

    @mashrujeet @airtelindia Airtel used to force customer to opt for postpaid over prepaid. I was trying to get the prepaid Sim but was forced to take postpaid connection.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 36+ hours without Airtel WiFi and still no resolution. Support keeps repeating, “Please give us some time,” instead of fixing the issue. My work is suffering because of your poor service and lack of accountability. How much longer are customers expected to wait? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Pathatic service My WiFi got disconnected after Airtel changed the main wiring in the area.Ticket was raised, but the technician marked it resolved without fixing the issue Connection is still not restored. Please help urgently Pls chk why technical marked resolved

    @Airtel_Presence I had already complained several times regarding the issue. They are using bots to answer the emails stating that the issue has been resolved. I am here on twitter just to shame you. I do not expect resolution from @airtelindia .
