    The service center AIRTEL STORE - HOPES COLLEGE COIMBATORE Took booking for home Wifi promised installation in 24 hours and took my money. Now after 7 days no installation and no cancellation. Airtel taking public money not providing service and keeping for days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI I'm traveling & activated IR pack after checking the coverage countries. However it's not working here in Guinea Bissau. Not even getting incoming calls. Sent an email, and checked with your chatbot, no help so far. Pls assist asap.

    In 2026, that’s an unacceptable excuse. I pay for a premium service but can’t use it. Airtel: please fix coverage, share a clear timeline, or offer compensation. Customers deserve transparency and value for money. @airtelindia

    to responsible person. In our gated community over 70% of the family are using @airtelindia but unfortunately last year I shifted to @reliancejio Since then problem persists and no human is available in customer care; only voice interactive messages. Frustrated 😣 (2/2)

    @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Airtel coimbatore hopes college branch took my money for home Wifi, no service provided after 7 days, no cancellation not refund was made. Airtel looting public money, keeping it without giving service and refunding it after 20 days.
