    @airtelindia my postpaid sim internet is not working for 3 days. Customer care only automated messages are coming. With out rectifying the issue for 3 days is not acceptable. I need an immediate solution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Worst customer service. I want to terminate/shift my broadband connection but there’s NO option to reach a human executive on your customer care number. Why is it so hard to talk to a real person? Resolve this ASAP.

    1/4 @airtelindia broadband service has honestly become one of the worst service experiences I’ve dealt with. Every single time I raise a service request and select a preferred time slot, Airtel completely ignores it.

    Accidentally migrated from prepaid to postpaid after a recent ₹3599 yearly recharge. Contacted customer care within 10 mins for reversal but was told I may lose prepaid benefits. Requesting urgent help with migration reversal/restoration. @airtelindia @DoT_India @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Xstream Fiber router’s 5 GHz Wi-Fi is stuck on DFS channel 52, transmitting at extremely low TX power (~3 dBm), causing bad latency, retransmits and poor throughput. need a remote config push from ACS to set 5 GHz channel to fixed 36/40/44/48 (non-DFS UNII-1), 80 MHz width, instead of Auto. Already tried “Optimise Wi-Fi” in Airtel Thanks app - it claimed 52→44, but after reboot + Wi-Fi scan, router is still on 52. So changes didn’t actually apply. ( attaching screenshot for reference, it didn't do what it says it has done, seems like it's purely cosmetic) Please escalate to L2/network engineering and raise a ticket. This is a config issue, not a restart/technician issue.

    @airtelindia I did a complaint on airtel services regarding DTH box issue on 21 Mayand the service engineer scheduled on 22 May at 3PM later ur airtel customer care called me and told that service engineer will call u plz share ur OTP now later they rescheduled it to 24 may ?
