Pravin Yedurkar (@ElnPravin) reported@pbhushan1 @airtelindia does not care about customers. I'm not getting my unlimited 5G. The reason they are giving is that my area does not provide unlimited 5G whereas I used to get it earlier. The customer care is pathetic and their representatives at care centers are even more pathetic.

Premkant Gupta (Lawyer) 🇮🇳 (@premkantgupta) reported@airtelindia I request @airtelindia to review the complete case and restore/compensate the validity lost due to the delayed activation. This post is intended for public awareness and a fair resolution, not merely for recovery of ₹399.

Manisha Rao (@memanisharao) reportedA massive thank you to Sanchita Nandi & her team at Airtel West Bengal! After 9 long months of trying every channel to fix a huge issue with missing a massive chunk of incoming calls, they stepped in & resolved it at lightning speed. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #airtelindia

Adal Jami | آعدل | (@AdalJami) reported@pbhushan1 Airtel claims postpaid offers better coverage, but my experience says otherwise. Even on postpaid, the network and call quality remain extremely poor. Paying more shouldn't mean accepting the same bad service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Praveen Kumar (@Praveen4079) reported@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I’m extremely disappointed with the support I’ve received regarding my physical SIM-to-eSIM conversion. I raised a request more than 24 hr ago and have contacted customer support 5 times.

jogesh batra (@jogeshbatra1) reported@pbhushan1 Sir my experience is same for #Airtel complaining about no internet access for last almost 40 days even if you want to talk to their customer service you have to wait atleast more than 30 minutes still they don't provide any solution @airtelindia
-
quantum crafter (@QuantaMuse) reported@airtelindia It was quite disappointing that there was no backup power arrangement to handle basic customer services. I understand that power outages can happen, but a service centre should ideally have a backup solution so that customers do not have to return without getting their work done.
