    @airtelindia I have just ported from #vodafoneidea to you guys and your customer care seems to be worse than them … no one calls back and questions are left unanswered , why is my GST number not being updated by your system ? Why can’t I claim GST on the bill I pay ?

    @airtelindia Evening i had called same engineer he told he will come and no one turned up. Aft last he switched off the phone. Since 4days iam without internet. I had escalated it to all possible sources and till now i have not got a solution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Fiber broadband connection (01111491630_dsl) is not even working for 24 hrs straight. Registering complaint daily for No Signal. Starting from being duped by your salesman in May to bi-weekly, to every alt. day & now daily issue. Its a case of FRAUD.

    @airtelindia Worst service, as I have given request for broadband shifting request on 2nd sep but no response from Airtel team till now. So getting out of Airtel and moved to other service provider. Very very worst service...

    @airtelindia I had taken a connection on 06 Sept and on 07 sept i had connection issues. After informing the engineer so many times and he came and rectified. Again after 2 days wifi stopped working. I had informed the engineer on Sunday but he told someone will come.

    @airtelindia what type of service you are providing to customers ?? For your technical error im suffering without Internet and one of your supervisor said that she will be resolve the issues by 6pm 😱 is it a joke or what ?? Bhargavi your supervisor please do the activation ASAP
