    @airtelindia Very poor service from you. Being a postpaid customer you people are only taking gst but not able to resolve the issue which was highlighted several times. The only thing i am getting that within 4hrs our team will get to you. But when ??? Poor service.

    Pathetic service from @airtelindia. WiFi down since morning and @Airtel_Presence still can’t resolve it. The same thing happened last month, and now again. What exactly are customers paying for if reliable internet and timely support can’t be provided? @jagograhakjago

    horrible experience with airtel..from last 4 days there is no internet ...did complaint...team person came in and mark it resolved without doing solution...since then have done so many calls to customer care and team...but there is no solution @airtelindia

    @airtelindia we are facing internet and network issue since last 3 yrs. Location Laxmi Nagri pathri road Parbhani. I know there will be no effect of complain, as no tower nearby this premium location..DM me for details @TRAI

    @JioCare @airtelindia I gave jio total 4 numbers from different providers now to contact me and the are still not getting connected to me and they gave me 2 wrong numbers which is wrong number and other doesn’t exist. Clearly shows what’s happening here. Please cancel my order and return my money.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Iam an Airtel customer for 15 yrs honestly, this level of service and support is very disappointing. Separate issue with Airtel postpaid network.I only get only 1–2 bars, and mobile internet barely works.I hvbeen complaining this for 1.5 YEARS, yet nothing has actually improved.

    @airtelindia - what’s happening- still no resolution - It’s more than 60 hours
