    Want to know whats customer complaint process. Everytime there is a broadband outage the app does not give you option to talk to a CSR and when outage is there even the troubleshooting bot does not allow you to raise a complaint. #AirtelDown @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Jio is giving the worst service ever I am regretting that why I have changed my Airtel card to Jio. Taking 800 for recharge and giving the best possible bad service. Disappointed. @reliancejio @airtelindia @JioCare
