@airtelindia your IVR doesn’t understand anything, I’ve been waiting to talk to a real human being but no help. What would we need to get to be able to chat with a person and get the issue resolved? Worst. IVR. Ever.

@ajay43 @airtelindia Ditto with Amazon India . Useless chat bots. Useless service at @amazonIN while earlier it was excellent when one could speak to somelne. Now there seems to be no way to speak to anyone. Can anyone help located the 'Call me' button on Amazon or have they done away with it?
