    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi has not been working since yesterday. I am unable to raise a complaint because the Airtel app is not showing the complaint option. Please check the issue and help resolve it as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia However, when I contacted Airtel Customer Care, I was told that such a conversion is not possible and that I must apply for a new connection.

    @airtelindia should rename their 'Fast Lane' to 'Slow Lane'. Since this new introduction, the 'Fast Lane' service has become slow itself. Everywhere this is disappointing; it was better before, and even with 'Fast Lane', I am experiencing slow data and call delays.

    @airtelindia Please let us know how to talk with a customer care agent....Pathetic service and system...Unable to connect with a human for the last 3 hours ...same thing is getting repeated and you ppl boast of Best Customer Service...Shame on you people.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, why is my 5G network secretly draining my daily 2GB 4G pack? Hit the 300GB FUP and now even though my phone shows 5G connection and hits 400Mbps, my 4G quota is being eaten up. Completely stranded with no internet. Look into this ASAP

    I raised a request for shifting my wifi connection on 14th June. Since then I have been taking follow up and I was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Now its 18th June and its beyond that 24 hours and issue has not been resolved. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Shocking experience with Airtel. I was unable to make an important international call during an emergency and urgently sought support. I sent over 150 emails, raised complaints, and tried every available channel, yet received no effective response.

    @airtelindia Hi , I just wonder this issue not resolved and I told to airtel customer care in many calls that deactivate my account . But still it’s not deactivated and showing overdue . Lol am not using Wi-Fi and no airtel partner came to shift connection. Why this much loot?

    Hello @airtelindia My office wifi has not been working since morning and still no one has come back to support and restore the WiFi. Send ur person on priority and dont behave like @BSNLCorporate team.
