    @airtelindia This is pathetic. My postpaid number has had ZERO internet for 2 days on an “unlimited” family plan. No human support, app won’t register complaints, store useless. Bills paid on time—what am I paying for? Fix this NOW or I’m porting out. @TRAI take note.

    @airtelindia I want to install Airtel Fiber. I have paid Rs. 50 for engineer visit. I got call from local airtel authority. He is now asking for Rs. 1450 before installation and also said to share OTPs to the person who will call me next. Kindly help me get rid of this problem.

    It's been 3 days and WiFi is not working. It's not that WiFi is not working all around its just that in my area technician don't want to visit and fix problems @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence airtel don't care because they already taken money from us advance.

    @PuneriSpeaks @airtelindia Airtel is the most worst network in Pune. switch to Jio or Vi. Even Vi is far better than Airtel. just lacks 5g but 4g is really good .

    Bought Tata Play Fiber just 2 days ago, and the internet has already been down for over 24 hours. Worst service and a terrible first experience. Expect better reliability and faster support. #TataPlayFiber @tataplayfiber @TataCompanies @airtelindia is best

    @Airtel_Presence Seriously, how difficult is it to resume a connection? Tried multiple times, but absolutely no action. Paid ₹500 to keep it on hold, and now I'm stuck. Pathetic service! #Airtel @airtelindia @AirtelXtream
