    Regarding Customer service @reliancejio is far better than @airtelindia Requesting them to shift my WiFi connection to the adjacent building but they never came. They are least bother about customer's inconvenience. Have to surrender the connection and shift @reliancejio

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @NPCI_NPCI, I mistakenly recharged an old Airtel DTH ID with ₹250 via BHIM, unaware the subscriber had switched operators. It was an honest mistake. I've emailed support. Please help with a refund/reversal as a one-time exception. 🙏

    @airtelindia Airtel Xstream Play is one of the worst streaming apps I've used. Every time I jump to a timestamp while rewatching a fight, I get 4 ads. Rewind or skip 5–10 mins? Another 4 ads. I'm paying for this subscription. You have to be kidding. Fix your video player.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am unable to understand why I am being asked to pay for a service that I havenever used. I cleared all my outstanding dues on 19th May I have proof of both the payments made to Airtel and can share the receipts whenever required.
