    This is honestly becoming unbearable. Airtel, what kind of service is this? 1.31 Mbps download speed while paying for a supposedly reliable data service? We are already struggling enough in this country, yet even basic internet access is becoming a daily battle. Please fix your network and give customers the service they are paying for. @airtelindia @AirtelNigeria

    Its a good thing I moved away from @airtelindia. I needed a receipt for my last payment, & an Email/SMS regarding confirmation of Device Pickup, but I am yet to receive both. Escalated the matter to the Appellate Officer, but that too was of no help. @TRAI can you help??

    @airtelindia Now, instead of resolving it, I'm being asked to wait another 24–48 hours for an update. How many deadlines does a customer have to hear before Airtel actually takes responsibility? Your internal ground-team coordination is not my problem. @airtelpresence

    @airtelindia @DoT_India Airtel, please: 1. Arrange doorstep SIM replacement/verification. 2. Fix the underlying network/service issue that has persisted for 10 months. 3. Stop billing and refund/adjust charges for the period the service was unusable. Let us escape the Airtel network and port to @jio.

    @airtelindia I am facing a major issue where most of my used websites and apps are not working when my Airtel WiFi is on but as soon as I switch to mobile data it works fine. Paying so much and not getting access to apps like swiggy is crazy! Any fix? @airtelindia why blocking?
