    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😀 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays?     @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Internet down since last Friday. Multiple complaints raisedβ€”each time promised resolution in 5–6 hrs, but still no fix. No engineer visits yet, and calls now disconnect saying β€œupdate ongoing.” This is extremely frustrating. Please resolve ASAP.
