    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What happened to your 0 questions campaign. Don't show your elephant teeths in advertisement just to gain more customer. I have been complaining since 4 months about bad network coverage in my area but no response at all. So finally switched to Voda

    @airtelindia Worst customer care, even after 50 calls they were not able to resolve my Billing issue and atlast there customer blaming me for this. PLEASE DON'T USE AIRTEL BROADBAND. They are not delivering what they are promising faced a lot of problems during this pandemic due to broadband

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Switched my broadband to #airtelbroadband in the hope of getting better and quicker service, only to get disappointed. The broadband is not even installed yet. My kids have not been able to attend the online classes for more than 10 days.
