  Paid for @airtelindia WiFi service. Since morning am chasing their installation “engineers” and call centre. Total negligence. Once money is paid, nobody cares for service standards. #viksitbharat #vishwaguru

  @airtelindia The home WiFi at Gurgaon is down since Saturday. Airtel sends SMS about the outage & soon that the problem solved. But it’s been 3 days & it’s not working. Call centre says the problem solved but it’s still not working.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Last time you blocked my Airtel SIM without my consent, and now after visiting the Airtel Store,your staff told me my SIM cannot even be restored. Absolutely pathetic service and zero support for customers.This is beyond frustrating. MF @airtelindia

  Worst service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I had activated my Airtel sim yesterday and it’s showing no signal from the past 2 hours. Restarted multiple times and followed all the troubleshooting steps. RMN shared in DM. Pls resolve
