    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a downfall. Below standard service with frequent wifi cuts. Your customer service gives a generic answer which we already know and acts privileged/ uninterested, doesn't share any further info. What a waste!!

    @airtelindia @airtelindia uses AI to close customer tickets without addressing it. I have opened tickets for same issue and every time airtel closes it without addressing it. They do not contact, they do not try to know if issue is resolved, just closes the ticket. #fakepromises #badservice

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no response yet. Issue ongoing since Feb. Disconnection was requested on 7th Feb, all dues cleared, but I’m still being billed for an unused service. Please close the connection immediately and stop further billing. #Airtel #CustomerService

    @airtelindia Air fiber is the worst service provider in india. They just loot your money instead of providing best customer service. I got charged even after my wifi services are suspended @Airtel_Presence because their agents didnt came to pickup the router.

    Same issue again. Your @airtelindia area manager was rude and unhelpful. Refused support saying it’s 5:30 PM and no staff available. I work the Australian shift and need urgent resolution, but no concern shown. Is this your service standard? Resolve ASAP. #poorservice #airtel
