    @airtelindia Poor service by airtel store prayagaraj. My postpaid connection is still not active even after providing them with all required documents. Novice advisor at store are so lazy to respond.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @AirtelDt Your team has been passing me from Airtel black to Airtel broadband to Airtel DTH with everyone claiming that the issue would be resolved by the other. Finally they put me on hold and then disconnected. Lousy service from a lousy co. 2/2

    @airtelindia Either you are fool or making me. The bulshit @Airtelcare had not restored my internet connection, even after 32 hours passed. Don't know for what the @airtelindia employees getting salaries,They only say “I understand your problem” or reply👇like this but don't help

    @airtelindia Your customer service is getting worst now. I migrated prepaid to postpaid on 16th May, 90 days completed but still your customer representative denying to migrate and importantly, I did this conversion online but now no option to migrate back to prepaid online.
