    @airtelindia I've been chasing for a resolution since last five days for my broadband and it seems customer care representatives take issues for granted because I only get replies from them to wait for "24-48 hrs" and I don't see any progress.

    Useless customer service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . I have done a recharge of 118 for data add-on 8th March and next day, it collapsed as my main pack validity expires, even if I haven't activated the plan. Pathetic service, and customer support!!!

    I already did the payment on 4th March but still I'm unable to use the services. The care team is neither capable of resolution, it seems, nor they are initiating a refund. I didn't expect such #pathetic #service from a giant like @airtelindia . Kindly assist for resolution.

    @JioCare 24 hours of outage is not temporary, we pay u guys on time not for these kinds of 24 hour outage @airtelindia @ACTFibernet never has these kinds of outages

    @Airtel_Presence Replying on tweet so that everyone can see that you care for customers but no reply on private message. Not expected such a poor service and follow up for customers . If this poor service continues I might have to port to some other network . @airtelindia

    @airtelindia for a dth issue, airtel is taking more than 5days but the issue is not at all resolved yet. Airtel customer care and technical team is not really working to resolve the customer issue on the timing basis. As a customer I feel very bad to use airtel service.

    Without informing my DTH connection got disconnected on 09-02-2023. I need my complete refund back (security+monthly rental). Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
