Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for No use. Why is it so? Waive it.

For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network!
