@airtelindia From the last 2 months bearing the torture of your network problem . My recharge plan was with conditions of providing fastest network. But not the same happen. I had call the representatives regaring this but they fooled me with their unique ideas.

@airtelindia I put up a service request No.120108082 on 26.07.2020 to shift my LL/BB connection to Guwahati. No action on shifting was taken. Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for Zero use. Request you to waive.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Request urgent intervention in an ongoing issue that has been unresolved for a month now. My BB plan was changed without my permission and now when I am requesting that the earlier plan be reinstated, the plan charges are being arbitrarily increased.
