For your kind information there is a whole tower inside the IIT Guwahati campus which belongs to @airtelindia (or so I know). Yet there is so bad 4G network! It showed the problem is being resolved since last 3 days. Today it shows the complaint has been closed. Please help me resolve the problem ASAP.

Though I paid all dues,shifted from Delhi but still got bill of Rs.1768.82 for my next billing cycle for No use. Why is it so? Waive it.

A technician visited on Monday, swapped the device ,but it still doesn't work. Despite making MULTIPLE calls to your helpdesk, there has been ZERO resolution.
