    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You can allot the number: 7058073946 to someone else's name as I stopped using it. This happens when consumer realize that they get 2G network service from a 4G service cost. No improvement found after months of complaining @jagograhakjago

    I had recharged my airtel number worth 899 which comes with jiohotstar membership for 90days, post recharge I got message to claim membership via airtel app,I claimed I started using membership but today few minutes back jiohotstar membership is not working, @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence We have also tried contacting Airtel customer care from another number, but the IVR call keeps ending and we are unable to connect with any support agent. Kindly provide a resolution as soon as possible or arrange a callback from a support agent.

    Airtel Xstream Fibre has been down for 4 days. The resolution time keeps getting pushed back, and today's technician confirmed it is an area-wide issue and he cannot fix it. Any actual update, @airtelindia?

    Airtel is really the worst service provider and pathetic in terms of customer care support. Neither do they care for any complaints nor any follow ups or any medium to contact if the chatbot fails to understand. Jio is far better than Airtel. @airtelindia
