  Scam of 2026 by Airtel, exposed. You raise complaints to appellate authorities and what happens next , the ticket closes the very next day without a resolution, happened once after writing to concerned authorities and this is now second time, screenshot attached. How do they operate? You raise a ticket and you receive a sms acknowledging a ticket is open and will be resolved within 2 weeks and you wait for another email saying it resolved and you don’t receive it , you go back to app to check it is closed. You are in assumption that 2 week resolution was given and you forget and that is what they catch on to and close tickets ? Appellate authorities at Airtel are just a laughing stock bots. You send email , boom ticket is closed. Highly doubt if the individual actually exist or work to provide or to any complaints @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence #Portoutairtel #airtel #nonetworkairtel

  @airtelindia why do you make it so difficult to terminate your wifi connection. Your executive on call refuses to admit our termination request despite asking for termination of services more than 20 times in one call.

  I’m from Delhi. Since last night, my Airtel Xstream internet has been completely down almost 17 hours have passed and nothing has been fixed. This morning I reported it to Airtel customer care. They raised a ticket and I got the technician’s contact. I spoke to the technician at 10 AM this morning and he said he’d come in 1 hour. It’s been almost 8 hours now and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. @airtelindia @airtelnews

  @airtelindia network has gone berserk after their "Upgrade"... with frequent call drop issues and network outages, AirTel Slowlane would be apt name coz nowhere they are near to the word Fast or Lane... 🙄 And response of @Airtel_Presence... 🙏🫡 #Airtel_SlowLane 🙄
