No internet since yesterday evening. Tried to contact customer care at 01144444121, but after entering the Airtel no. as asked by the pre recorded voice all I m getting to hear is ur Caller tune. The tune repeated 5 or 6 times but nobody answered. Very poor service @airtelindia

The toll free is awful, regional office is awful. Have to cut rounds of the office numerous times just because the internet doesn’t work. Customers don’t matter to them. Porting out instantly. Please do not choose @airtelindia , opt for any other company. @Airtel_Presence #airtel

@airtelindia @JioCare in this area. Airtel, jio are not allowed to lay their lines by @api_ansal as they signed 10 yrs contract with jolly broadband. As a consumer we are effected a lot as they provides the worst service. After paying money also their service is worst. Plss help
