    Finally took the leap. Goodbye @airtelindia for the eventful 201 months. Suffered through Network, Service, Billing issues. Charging me for replacing SIM was last straw. Next 200 months with @reliancejio? Let's see. #HoldingOutHope

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Have raised request for Broadband relocation three days ago, the service request number is 134653348 but till date the service is not provided. Called customer care many times, but no help received. Being a Airtel Black customer highly disappointed!

    @airtelindia, unable to use my airtel sim in my phone. After inserting, it's working for few minutes and then showing no sim card. But, this sim is working in another phone, and another sim is working in this phone. Got this problem after updating some Android app. please help.
