  Received a call from @airtelindia customer care for DTH-postpaid merger. Without consent, my defence postpaid plan was changed from Rs 199 to Rs 449.This is fraudulent. Request immediate restoration of original plan, waiver of any charges & inquiry into the concerned executive.

  @airtelindia He advised us to contact the area distributor, Manoj. We called him and asked for someone to assist us and provide a timeline. However, he firmly stated that we need to either wait or disconnect the service. We are very frustrated with this poor service;

  @airtelindia @DoT_India if this is how the customers are to be treated, why not make AI your CEO, porting to @reliancejio if they don't have same inconveniences, jio users let me know if there are similar issues. I was looking for a wifi plan, they booked it out of nowhere.
