  @airtelindia I am a airtel user and prepaid customer. You are charging high charge we pay for use quality network and 5g speed.. but the hars reality is that in Bhubaneswar your network and speed of 5g is totally 0 .and your customer service is very bad 😞😞. Kndly resolv. Issue

  When our plan is about to expire you guys call before 4 days 5 to 10 times a day disturb us and if someone like me want to talk to customer care why can't we directly talk with human ?? It's very annoying after all you network sucks everytime so with due respect @airtelindia 🖕

  @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence your customer support is so pathetic that a simple ask needs 10 calls daily and still stays unresolved. All I want is my connection to be disconnected after this very poor experience and even that's not happening. U r just another scammer
