  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews if i recharged 50GB top up data plan on my existing plan, after my day limit gets over, why internet becomes dead slow and sometimes does not work, am I missing something here?

  @airtelindia Wifi not working for past 5 days. Complaint raised on 22.04.2025. Till today it is not resolved. Everyday the issue resolution is extended to another day. Tried Calling customer care but to no use. Resolve the issue ASAP. Location- Moulivakkam, Chennai

  @EttaLot @airtelindia You are still lucky , in my case in Bangalore , had to wait for more than 1 week to fix . Technician would visit to reboot , except that he did not know anything. Spoke to manager offered 1 month free , ended up changing the service provider.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelcare yr team can't solve 1 issue, they call for payment but cant solve service issues, pls start donations to run your company, at least it will be less painful 2 donate. every day, they need 1 more day - more than a week now, net not working

  @airtelindia I'm really frustrated with your service I've done 4099 recharge and now I'm unable to use internet. I've raised the ticket visited the physical store several times still no resolution. On 121 you put a dumb bot. Why you guys are not solving the issues? Shame on you.

  Been @airtelindia customer for 5–6 years, but loyalty shouldn’t mean tolerating poor service. Maybe it’s time to move on to @reliancejio
