  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Surprised that porting for a prepaid connection is not offered by you. Was told the software application for prepaid onboarding was down past 3 week. And only post paid requests are accepted. This at Airtel showroom. Can you clarify?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Every day they ask for 24 hours and it's been like 12 days and their 24 hours haven't gotten over , I'm privileged enough to have two wifis but I feel bad for people who don't and have to deal with this horrendous service

I called the number, engineer told that he doesnt have time, his shift ends at 7:30. Please get the request assigned to an engineer who is free. Else I may have to proceed with other service provider waiting for confirmation.
