I switched from Jio to Airtel an year ago, the call quality degraded terrifically & 4G kept dropping. Ported back to Jio again, it's better than this Airtel shit atleast.

Even tried contacting multiple layers of customer care team, floor supervisor, level1/2 service manager, area manager. Its not resolved.
