I switched from Jio to Airtel an year ago, the call quality degraded terrifically & 4G kept dropping. Ported back to Jio again, it's better than this Airtel shit atleast.

I lodged a complaint at the Airtel store and also raised it through the app. Call drops and browsing are really bad. Despite paying Rs 600 monthly for postpaid, it is not helping.
