I switched from Jio to Airtel an year ago, the call quality degraded terrifically & 4G kept dropping. Ported back to Jio again, it's better than this Airtel shit atleast.

For Card, go to bank portal, than autopay, may get redirected to SiHub. Login to SiHub with Card Number and OTP. Select the Mandate and cancel the Auto Pay

The Customer Service needs major overhaul. Complaint such as “No Network” gets an automated response of Resolved the next day.
