I switched from Jio to Airtel an year ago, the call quality degraded terrifically & 4G kept dropping. Ported back to Jio again, it's better than this Airtel shit atleast.

So far I've not even received a call from any of your associates to fix it. (I have had to call the person who initially set the wifi up twice only for him to say they'll do it soon/today) Your app says it'd be resolved by 29 May 6:57 PM.
