I switched from Jio to Airtel an year ago, the call quality degraded terrifically & 4G kept dropping. Ported back to Jio again, it's better than this Airtel shit atleast.

Dr Ravi Chandil (@ravi_chandil) reported@airtelindia extremely poor response. Only time airtel start responding when u request for connection cut. Made a request on 29 july and 30 july on Twitter , no response, then on 3 july on customer care on 2 times . They said arranging call back from senior but not received yet.
