@Bamahdi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thought #Jio was horrific but #Airtel has the worst data and call connectivity in Nizamabad (near Deluxe). I switched from Jio to Airtel an year ago, the call quality degraded terrifically & 4G kept dropping. Ported back to Jio again, it's better than this Airtel shit atleast.

I have opted for a 200mbps plan so that there are no issues while working from home. It's been 10 days since there's no internet as the connection keeps dropping. There are no stores for Airtel Fiber and the helpline is of no use. @airtelindia @airtel @airtelnews 2/3

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No Resolution provided again even after explaining my issues to Social Media Team multiple times: Pooja S-March 3. Sanjay Mishra-March 21 Rohit P- March 31. Milisha- April 15 Waiting for response and resolution. Issues are not resolved since May 2021.

@airtelindia what's happening with your internet and call services in Amritsar as it's just showing 1 or 2 bars. In Airtel app you are telling that issue will resolve in 24 hours and now it's 3 days and issue still persist. Is your services gone that down

@airtelindia What ******** is your customer support doing? If your system can't update one payment and tell it to the other operators, what kind of service are you running? Tickets will get auto resolved without any site visits. What the hell are you guys?
