    Please avoid @airtelindia fibre. Their support team is terrible. After facing issues with Jio, I switched to Airtel. I booked and paid on the first day and have been waiting for three days. The technician doesn’t pick up the call and today he said I have to raise a complaint.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being billed for 2 WiFi connections when only 1 exists—and that too not working. No internet for 2 days, no support, only rescheduled complaints. Field team says “cancel & take new”! This is harassment. Fix immediately. #Airtel

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia no response yet. Issue ongoing since Feb. Disconnection was requested on 7th Feb, all dues cleared, but I’m still being billed for an unused service. Please close the connection immediately and stop further billing. #Airtel #CustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I booked for Airtel TV installation. I got 5-6 calls I asked them to come on 26th APR 2026 for installation but no one turned up. I had already paid for Rs200/- for service charges not I am not looking for the same. Please refund the amount

    @JioCare what do u want me to do suffer or port to other network @airtelindia. If u don't have a good network in a posh area like Bandra West i can imagine how poor ur network will be across india. When the govt doesn't do anything this is what companies like jio do to their customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Request ID: 45BYPSZPHO Paid ₹1500 for Airtel WiFi + TV plan. Technician promised installation today (25 April). Very bad service. Either complete both installations today or refund my full amount immediately. #AirtelBlack #AirtelCares #PoorService

    @airtelindia @abhimthpp I feel cheated after switching over to Airtel digital T 2 months back. Their helpline No. is another fraud as after entering my correct RTN and customer ID repeatedly their IVR is so programned that it reports wrong registered mobile Or customer ID No. It is a scam.

    @airtelindia This post is set it in record that I am surrendering my wifi connection w.e.f since it is not working even after so many requests and calls . I tried app to do so but i couldn't find option for that #customercare
