    @ViCustomerCare Nevermind, i was able to raise the porting request to @airtelindia FYI, you created 4 requests for this issue and closed them without checking if issue is fixed. So issue is NOT fixed but requests are close. Kudos Vi. Goodbye anyways. @TRAI thank you for portability option.

    @airtelindia TWO TIMES MY PREPAID ACCOUNT HAS BEEN RECHARGED. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO SPEAK WITH CUSTOMER CARE OFFICERS. NO OPTION IN APPLICATION ALSO. HOW CAN I GET BACK MY MONEY

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Really fed up with your DTH customer care. I had bitter experience in past so i didn't used service for 2 years, after yours repeatedly request.I reactivated my DTH again after 2 years. But you people are just bullshit. I am facing problem again.

    @VittalGopal @sunilbmittal @airtelindia Service Request no. 31-3514751994352 closed without survey of location this is how you are giving service to customer .i am chasing it for last few month and everytime Service request is being closed .If cant solve have to port in jio

    @airtelindia @airtel Really worst customer service experience. Ur people hardly know how to fix a problem and just beat around the bush. Also atleast teach them how to speak to a customer. The service reference no 34496749 for your Airtel DigitalTV ID 3016891422 has been resolved
