    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, the airtel thank app shows that I have validity till 11th May and that is the package I paid for 3 months earlier. While my services are suspended and the costumer service guy says that the pack was only for 1 month.

    @Airtel_Presence Hello Team, The complaint raised in Airtel Thanks app is continuously getting resolved and my query is still not addressed. Due to which i have initiated a request of all my family infinity plan sims to opt out of @airtelindia due to poor customer support on network.
