    Hi @airtelindia I’m trying to talk to an agent on your customer service but the IVR doesn’t let me. It says register a complaint which we will address in 8 working days? Are you ******* kidding me? If my internet isn’t working or calls aren’t going through I have to wait 8 days?

    @airtelindia First ensure that your 4g service is working out fine. I have been complaining about network outage for the last 8 month but everytime you have cut-copu response and nothing apart from that .

    @airtelindia Hello Team, I'm your user from last 10 years. Now your services are very pathetic. I have raised one complaint. Your team said to revert within 24-48 hrs. Now its more than 6 days. No reply after repeated follow ups. Seriously very pathetic services now.
