    I’ve been a loyal Airtel customer for many years, but I’m extremely disappointed with the service. I’ve been trying to get my WiFi connection (DSL No: 014111673319_dsl) disconnected for the past two months. Despite repeated calls to customer care, the issue remains unresolved. Instead of disconnecting the service, Airtel continues to generate bills, forcing me to make unnecessary payments. What’s even more frustrating is being kept on hold for long periods every time I contact customer support, with no resolution. Is this the level of customer service Airtel stands for?     @airtelindia @airtelnews I have your life sucking air fibre connection with 100 mbps unlimited speed which sucks to load a basic 4K movie while no other system is in use. Why big advertisement and frequent price increase when you can’t even stand up to what you promise?
