  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI: Anuj - At this point, I think I've collected every version of Airtel's template responses. Unfortunately, I'm trying to collect internet connectivity, not canned apologies. It's been 72+ hours. Could someone replace the template with an actual resolution?
