@airtelindia I had recharged Rs. 100 to my mom's phone on 5th mar 2022. It is not reflecting and she is not able to make calls. Now even incoming and outgoing services are cut. I am not even able to contact the customer care. No proper way to raise complaint.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I did a recharge of Rs 589 on my 7762879076 number for 56 days but suddenly after 14 days all the service has been stopped on my number. Can't even talk to your customer care. You tell me what should I do.
