    So called excellent Service provider @airtelindia will call you ten times and send endless reminders for bill payments. But when it comes to shifting your Wi-Fi or DTH connectionall they do is keep saying Your file is under process. Reaching customer care is a challenge in itself. And even after you finally speak to them the ground engineer calls only to repeat Your complaint has been registered. This is Airtel’s idea of customer service.

    Mistake 1-The idiots at @reliancejio made typos in application. Mistake 2-The typos blocking further requests. Even MNP. Mistake 3 -The idiots have no idea how to proceed. Never thought I would say this, but guys at @airtelindia are angels in comparison. At least the CCare.

    @airtelindia Is this your customer service? My AirFiber has been unusable for over a month. Countless calls, no action. SR No. 11033799738 (30 June) is still unresolved. I’m paying for a 6-month prepaid plan while getting no service. Shameful. #Airtel #AirFiber

    @airtelindia internet services are not properly restored in my area since last 4 days and teams are not being assigned to solve the issue rather than fake assurance of getting the work done by ur so called engineers but actually there was no one yesterday to look into it .
