Even an alternative recharge that could temporarily restore calling services. They refused. They said they couldn't recommend any recharge or guarantee that it would activate the number. So they offered no backup at all.

Now you're asking for another ₹150 to fix a problem caused by your own installation. This feels like nothing but a money-making scheme.
