    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Postpaid Number is being shown as neither postpaid nor pre-paid in your record & ok Airtel app.I'm still receiving bills but having difficulty in paying the same. Can you please help and resolve this and restore it to post-paid as earlier?

    @airtelindia what am I going to do with the 155rs pack which was 99 previously. Guess now we have to port or throw out your sim. And the validity is 24 days. Very customer unfriendly.
