@airtelindia earlier I used Airtel mobile services now changed to Jio due to poor internet at my Farm, now I am unable to contact customer when ever I am trying to call 121 from my Jio it’s getting disconnect.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbroad it's been very resentful experiences with one of your broadband service provider partner ( Ankit Gupta) in Yamuna Nagar. He is always been very casual towards any of our issue (bills etc) & do not listen the matters & becomes rude.

@airtelindia @airtelindia - worst customer service and escalation matrix are useless to core. tool airtel broadband plan of 799/month paying 3 month upfront. was promised by airtel to get monthly bill required for reimbursement. now customer care is denying. bill nr HT2223I000750964

@airtelindia I didn’t expect such a poor service from you. Currently Jio Fiber is not available at my place, I have to think once it’s available in my colony. Your service guy even didn’t bother to attend my mobile call, thanks to him.

@airtelindia This is 3rd time outage in recent time at Tathawade Wakad Pune area. First of all there is no information provided to customer. Also need to understand how you are going to compensate back to customer for their work loss..

@airtelindia Your customer care has nit been able to help with with a very simple work of closing my airtel list/obsolete accounts. No one attends and I am taken to endless meandering options adding to utter helplessness. Wish you had a very staright forward help desk instead of CC
