    @airtelindia with a delay of 1 day of payment, u guys put fine on customer. Who is going to pay me fine for non availability of internet since yesterday. Raised complaint, no service engg showed up till now.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 6 days, NO broadband. Issue falsely marked resolved, technician never returned & now unresponsive. Multiple calls = only “escalated” with zero action. What kind of service is this? Fix this by Sunday, or I’m cancelling & switching.

    Worst network provider @airtelindia. As my recharge plan expired and I recharged it again, I'm still receiving multiple calls reminding me to add a plan. It's basic sense. I'm so tired of this.

    @airtelindia Last 1 year I requested many times to upgrade or installation of 5g tower in Village -Gyaspur Post -karauta pin code 803202 But No installation done after sending many mails, airtel is not customer care oriented company,they think advertisement is key for growth and success
