@airtelindia your Airtel black is a BLACK BOX I have made 12 months advance payment in January and I get reminders every month to make the bill payment. This is poor behaviour Today, I had to spend more than an hour with your representative to make them understand.

Now I called again Mr Chaudhary who came in morning in front of Mr Asif khan .. At the same moment both engineers are clueless.. they don’t know what is the problem and how we can resolve this issue… Literally crying what the hell is @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 6/n

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel What a rubbish organization you are! A internet connection in an appartment in a metro city does not get restored in 4 days for the second time in 15 days. The customer service disconnects calls in the middle of a conversation.
