@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I raised a request for disconnecting Airtel connection but then got a call from Airtel team that you can hold connection for free and prev due will also be adjusted but instead of holding, you generated a bill of 2k. Very bad experience

@airtelindia it took me a min to switch my esim from my one phone to another phone (jio) while with Airtel tell it's a process they issue you a new sim for 50 Rupee and then wait till next day until your sms get activated not at all happy with service ,,,,👎
