    @airtelindia Why should I pay late fee when you guys already slowed down the speed. Also what to do when I have to complaint many times in a month for slow speed you too need to be penalised for that.. Is this a banking system as the penalty is high.. need a prope justification..#Airtel5G

    Please don't use @airtelindia broadband or their network. Worst customer care and no response from their CSR and service team. My broadband have an issue for a week. Still I didn't get any solution regarding that. Please don't run customer care and service if you don't provide.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I take disconnect request on sep 17 for broadband. I can get call from Airtel central team and he said "You are the valueable customer so I can hold you connection free of cost for 3 months" but now get monthly charges for broadband
