@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia let me know whether it is in your capacity to resolve the broadband and phone line, issue. If not in next 3 hours I'm taking Jio, on their 1 month free offer. Also am porting my 20yr postpaid number out of Airtel as well finally. Enough is enough.Totally frustrated

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Hello Support, Shriram greenfield is big society. Currently more than 500 families are living here . Most of the residents are using Airtel broadband only. Broadband service is very poor here by Airtel. Can't u put a dedicated setup here for SRGF

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI the airtel service is not getting improved and the issue has not been resolved. Calls are getting dropped so frequently and the mobile Internet is so bad that you can't open a web page even on 4G.
