@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI Promotional sms keep on coming and Airtel keeps saying that these are service in nature. Airtel should start paying consumers to receive such text messages. Or follow DND protocol. latest is AD-KNSGRP property promotion. Is this DND exempt?

@airtelindia - One of the worst Services Airtel have on FASTag, I have raised a complaint to deactivate my fastag account from 17th Feb and still they unable to do it. calling so many time but still no action. Customer service cannot even download images from email.
