    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia it's 9:40 AM and my WiFi is STILL down — going on 22+ hours now. Complaint ref 0811119063755_WIFI missed its own resolution deadline of 8:30 AM and nobody has followed up. This is a total service failure. Restore my connection immediately. #AirtelDown

    @airtelindia Porting to Airtel Postpaid was the biggest mistake i have done. Apprx 2000 rs bill has been paid and yet issue is not solved. Just try again and wait 4hrs or 8 hrs is the statement @TRAI

    Worst support. Your staff in a physical office are not even able to deactivate a sim and reissue a new sim, even after complaining twice that the sim is lost. It's been 3 weeks.If any issue arise to my safety, airtel staff will be held responsible. Pathetic service @airtelindia

    @airtelindia umpteen no of phone calls. No resolution for an issue which is open for ~4 days. In between promotional calls !!!! “ airtel is the best”!! Offers!!!

    @airtelindia Complaint 658506698 lodged on 31 Aug for Airtel Xstream IPTV issue. For 2 days, I’ve been assured an engineer will visit, but no one has arrived. 📍 Khaniadhana, Shivpuri, MP Please resolve this urgently. The delay is causing inconvenience.

    @airtelindia I cancelled my Airtel connection after persistent internet speed issues, following confirmation from your technical team that the 5G site outage could not be rectified. The router has already been collected.
