@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

[2/2] Since I store all docs in digilocker as they are considered to be equivalent to originals, why is aadhaar not being accepted as ID proof, and is digilocker copy of PAN not accepted for ID proof? What's the process for replacement sim at airtel? Plz help @airtelindia @UIDAI

@airtelindia I am a customer of airtel since 2012, even though u claim of being the fastest network in India u have failed in delivering the same. Airtel tower is installed just 500 meters from my location still I am getting hardly a one or two bars of signal.
