@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

I complain about my slow internet and frequent disconnections of my broadband to @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Engineer comes over, resets and asks for a happy code which im not ready to give since I wanna test it for 2 days. He does something to my line and leaves. Slower now.

@airtelindia sure knows to call n remind every day for bill payment but when it comes to solving a basic network complaint they ghost you for months without an update & in the end they internally close the complaint without actually providing any resolution to the user. @TRAI
