  @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia : As a customer of 20+ years, i will say that i am very disappointed. I tried calling, send message on social media but no one has even got the courtesy to respond back to me. I thought loyalty from Customer actually means something to Airtel.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The truly impressive part? Airtel has managed to create a service where the customer is doing the monitoring, reporting and validation. All I seem to be missing is an Airtel ID card and a salary.

  @airtelindia what a worst service you provide,ive been without internet in my house as you router shows red light since Saturday,i did raised complaint online they assigned agent for today but not response from anyone, do check otherwise in going to filed lawsuit against you

  Dear @airtelindia Why does raising a complaint on your 121 register a request for new connection? I was trying for a new conn. which is denied by technician citing bandwidth crunch but sales guy doesn’t cancel the request & get me a refund. Each 121 call creates a new conn req

  @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for the last 4 days.there has been NO engineer visit and NO call from any technician.Request ID: 11037235471. This is extremely disappointing service. Please restore my connection without any further delay. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia what is the maximum limit of unlimited 4g+5g data ? Currently I'm on 399 plan (28 days ) unlimited 4g+ 5g data but my internet is too slow whereas my other airtel working fine in same handset & area , so technically there is no issue of network issue

  @airtelindia I already returned my router to the Airtel representative and cleared all pending bills before requesting connection closure. However, an amount of ₹1400 is still showing in my wife's account. Could you please check and resolve this issue? WiFi ID: 20041136850.
