    @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

    @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia since the past three days my airfibre is giving high ping, the network in our area is also very weak, due to that, airfibre giving way low bandwidth. Even after opting for black membership there is no way to get help in the app. #switchtojio is thr solution, I guess.

    @airtelindia it's amazing that one can get a new wifi connection in a day but to cancel the same you need 7 days. It's the third day since placing the request still no action.

    @airtelindia If we try to call 198 it's automated voice service and 121 is same . If u want to asking last recharge and his customer support is given information something else. Worst customer support.
