  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

  @MahiMishra98 Don't go for @airtelindia , they are cheats. It has been more than a couple of months with a disconnection request of second dth connection. Still not resolved,amount being debited without usage. Till date they are ucing bullshit standard responses. Customer care is bot and is totally useless.

  Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia team, Please fix my WiFi wiring. The wires have come down very low due to high winds/monkey issue. The people whose house the wires are passing through have asked to raise them, otherwise they will cut them. Kindly resolve this soon. Thank you!

  @airtelindia @AdobeExpress Extremely frustrated with @Airtel_Presence! Ported from Jio expecting quality, but network is DEAD at my location—can’t even browse or call. Paying ₹2000/mo for Postpaid+Fiber for ZERO service. Complaints ignored. Fix in 24 hrs or I’m porting out! 🛑 #AirtelDown
