@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer numbers are pathetic, it has millions of options to reach to your customer care representatives. Can’t your give a direct option to talk to your customer care representatives. Pathetic services & horrible customer care.

@airtelindia this is what they do These No store in my city 494001 and they do not talk on Call just Ai. Now I Did recharge of 549 converted to Postpaid from Prepaid which automatically converted prepaid again, there is nobody to help worst service #fraud @Airtel_Presence
