@airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

@airtelindia Internet speed in my worst. Just few days back got message saying ‘new tower installed in your Area now you will get better speed’ but after that speed reduced exponentially. Have been trying to complain via app and Costomer care but no success.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is very bad operator, recharge is over on 14th February, call is not working, it is understandable but why my OTP is not coming. Jio is right, its recharge got finished 2 months ago, still call OTP comes. Jio 5G also runs unlimited.
