  @JioCare forgot to mention i am using @airtelindia internet to report this issue over twitter as i couldn't get to call customer care with registered mobile call nor jio voice call nor can connect to internet. I appreciate @airtelindia for providing an uninterrupted service.

  @airtelindia My friend booked Airtel broadband on Friday i.e 07-Oct-2022. Payment has been done with in 1 hour. Sales person is Ram (9100420499).He said installation is done on next day. After that he didn’t picked my phone. I called to customer care many times. @Airtel_Presence

  Got the WiFi from @airtelindia was working fine until the squirrel damaged the cable, tried many times from Aug 1 connecting to @airtelsupport but got each and every time a new TAT was given but my issue is not resolved yet, I hope getting cancellation is the only option left

  @airtelindia Wi-Fi issue ongoing since Friday. Despite repeated complaints and messages, no resolution yet. Engineers take 3–4 days and often don’t even visit. Stop giving false timelines—fix the issue urgently. This is unacceptable service! #AirtelWiFi #AirtelIndia

  @airtelindia @TRAI And I'll request as many as possible to port out if it is not fixed for all. Your just the service provider, not the owner to make decisions! I also requested the share holder to pull out your money form airtel and Indus Towers shares. Let them be proper and keep their words!

  @airtelindia applied for a new prepaid connection through the Airtel app and paid ₹199 successfully.but the process is now stuck.order ID is 7492089970612314112. Your CUSTOME CARE only loops through automated options with NO way to reach a real person. Worst customer service.
