    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia There is NO PROPER SYSTEM in AIRTEL to address TECHNICAL FAULTS and WIFI DOWN . Customer support team collect PERSONAL DATA of customers and sell to fraudsters to empty ur bank accounts. Be careful with Airtel staff.Complaint no. 10941271644

    Too pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence broadband. The connection has been down since yesterday. I raised a complaint, but the support agent blocked my number instead of providing any resolution or update. Very disappointing customer service experience. #Airtel @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia U guys are real scoundrels who just reminds us to recharge and pay you for your disgusting services. One thing is for sure that I will switch to @JioCare in June once my recharge ends. Be happy to lose a customer.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , my Airtel Xstream Fiber has had no internet since midnight. You sent a maintenance message saying services would be restored by 6 AM, but it’s well past that and the connection is still down. #Airtel #AirtelXstreamFiber

    1 YEAR. Same issue. 15-20 complaints every month. Technicians come late, do temporary fixes, argue, and leave. Still no permanent solution from .@airtelindia despite repeated requests to change the modem/wire and fix the power issue. I’m mentally exhausted chasing support again

    Very disappointing experience with Airtel Fiber in Kadi. Shifting request raised on Saturday but no technician visit yet. Wi-Fi was already disconnecting frequently before shifting. Multiple customer care calls but only false promises. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews 2 days since fiber is down and no way to raise a support ticket nor contact customer service. Automated messaged that keeps om updating the time after every 6 hours. No communication on what is the issue. How do I get my money back

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am very disappointed with Airtel Fiber service. The installation was not completed,and there has been no proper support or update from the team. Due to this poor service experience, I want to cancel my connection request immediately and process the refund as soon as possible.

    @airtelindia Complaint: 10936641218. The deadline (12-05-2026) has passed. Now getting automated emails saying my ID isn't registered, despite weeks of emails on the same ID! Total lack of accountability. Fix this!
