  I requested wifi installation on 13th August. But due to some reasons it was not installed. I had paid 1500 in advance. Now the representative doesn't pick up my call. Neither customer care is helping #fraud @airtelindia

  @Airtel_Presence Not interested now. I have changed my mind to switch to other service. You **** *** company, call service and peace of **** ground team is the worst. They just know how to give gyan and give time. @airtelindia is the shittest company I have ever seen. Enough of this ****.

  Team Airtel, what a pathetic customer support that despite sharing all details, calling multiple customer care executives, and getting the same answer, Airtel failed to address my concerns and now I am helpless since my money is also gone. Shameful @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
