Hi,@airtelindia.I have been experiencing and reporting poor internet speed at my location for the last 15 days only to be asked to turn data roaming on my phone and dongle. I rely on your services for my personal and office work and I am unable explain it in a way you understand.

@Airtel_Presence your airtel person incharged for installation was very rude and said he wont do it today. pathetic response recieved from him. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . i would seriouly like to hv my amount refunded instead installing #airtelxtremefiber.

@airtelindia Hear about your 5g network..what about your 4g signal. It's very very weak. First u setup 4g signal properly. falsely u said you r no.1 telecom company. Your network is available everywhere but your dealer is proper chor.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm facing internet issues for the last three months. It's even worse for the last five days. Whenever I call the customer care, they say that your problem will be resolved within four hours.. sometimes 24 hours and blah blah.
