@airtelindia generally when Technician calls and tells that "we are working on your problem" we feel relieved and hope that problem shall be solved in awhile. ONly @airtelindia technician call scares me. Somehow they manage to enhance the 10% size problem to 95%.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I can see the issue still persists. It's almost 18 days since my first complaint was added to the Airtel team. I don't know what are the benefit of priority customers as the issue took too long to be resolve the issue.
