The service drops every 10–15 days and takes 24–48 hours to restore despite complaints. This level of instability and slow support is unacceptable for a paid service.

I have opened tickets for same issue and every time airtel closes it without addressing it. They do not contact, they do not try to know if issue is resolved, just closes the ticket. #fakepromises #badservice
