    .@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence Just so you know, your IR Pack for US for 10 days worth about Rs. 4,000 didn't work even for a minute!! No tech support, no customer care support. Thoroughly disappointing. It's harassment at its worst. Why make people pay upfront for zero service?

    @airtelindia I claim a airtel secure and they reject this and say me this is lack of care in accidental damage . As per my understanding accidental damage is also lack of care so can you please explain me your definition of accidental damage

    I had made a recharge of Rs 698/- on airtel app. The amount got deducted from acct but the recharge wasn’t done.Visited the Airtel store. But the service executive was of no help. It has been 4 days but it hasn’t been refunded.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please look into this
