Requested for disconnection and paid the outstanding balance also. Called customer care to confirm that if any bill has to be paid or not post complete disconnection. Got reply and confirmation that no amount is due. Now suddenly getting call to pay @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

In our locality, there is very bad network, and this problem is not new for us... It's habit of airtel for years to earn money basterdly, because you take money from us but don't provide such service... Location- Kanhwan, Bela, Parihar, Sitamarhi... @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
