  @airtelindia SR-11030162941 pathetic service as it's been more than 15 days the WiFi is not working. Technician 7709627037 only visited once and gave false promises to resolve the issue. Call centre everyday give the same statement that the issue will be resolved on priority.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia has the worst customer service and experience. Sirf paise khaane ko aata hai. Since years complained about multiple numbers and air fiber at one location toh lollipop de rahe hai sim nikalo yeh karo woh karo. WTH. Bevakoof samajh ke rajhe hai.

  AI assistants: I have had interactions with AI assistants on @amazonIN , @airtelindia and an health insurance co website, All were absolute rubbish. No way I can communicate the real problem. At least, Airtel still had a real human contactable. With patience.

  Dear @airtelindia, your network service has been extremely poor today. There has been no network throughout the day — neither outgoing nor incoming calls are working. I even visited your store, where they replaced my SIM card. After the SIM replacement, the network appeared only
