    @airtelindia Airtel has reduced the 5G speed to 30-40mbps only for prepaid customers after introducing priority postpaid scheme/fast lane service. Prepaid customers have been cheated.

    @iamsaahils @airtelindia @SamsungIndia I tried converting to eSIM, same issue. I have another JIO sim, when inserted to this, it is not working, but works fine in iPhone

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia More than 1 week. I upgraded from prepaid to postpaid specifically for Apple Watch Cellular. The migration was completed in under an hour, yet the service I upgraded for remains unusable after 7+ days.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Can someone from the network team take ownership and provide a concrete resolution timeline? Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly chase support for a service they are already paying for.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I have raised complaint# 4511378493 regarding the international roaming charges applied twice of ₹698+ taxes on my postpaid bill without my consent. I followed up 3 times but didn't get any resolution. Very pathetic services.

    Extremely frustrated with @airtelindia. Their 4G network feels worse than 2G. In this modern era, we are facing the worst connectivity conditions. Activated a ₹39 data pack, but it's completely useless. #Airtel is a waste of money. @jagograhakjago #ConsumerRights @MdKarimDidar

    I request @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence to reopen this complaint and provide a fair resolution. Failing which, I will have no option but to pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer and telecommunications grievance redressal mechanisms available under law. (7/7)

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Unable to activate eSIM on Pixel 7. Airtel Thanks app says to select Airtel India during eSIM setup, but my phone only shows QR code/activation code options. Please help.
