    I've been using mobile networks in India since 2007, and in all these years, I have never experienced service this bad. I’ve used different network providers over the years, but the level of poor connectivity, inconsistent service, and lack of reliability I'm experiencing now is honestly frustrating. Mobile connectivity has become an essential part of everyday life, and customers deserve a network that actually works when they need it. Paying for a service and constantly struggling with basic connectivity is simply unacceptable. This is, without a doubt, the worst mobile network service I have ever experienced in nearly two decades of using mobile networks. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I got a call from a woman in your escalation team. Her condescending behaviour was unbelievable. She denied any help and ordered me to take actions myself. She irritated me and then told me to behave. This is unbelievable.
