@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I ported my SIM from Vodafone to Airtel and today afternoon, my Vodafone SIM stopped working. I inserted the new Airtel sim and got a message that services have been set. I started and there is no network! What a way to welcome a new member!!

@airtelindia Also, I have removed the safe custody 7 days back but from the day one of removing safe custody Internet connection is not working. I have raised the complaint but till now no one resolve the internet issue.

Hello @airtelindia , We have raised a request for Airtel DTH service disconnection on 17th Oct 2021 and asked for the refund of our security amount. Customer Service executives have forced us to only disable our connection and are not giving any refund. Customer ID : 3026160215
