    Airtel is charging activation fee from its postpaid without informing them. They are using unfair practice without customer consent. The charges are levied after one month of usage, their customer support is totally useless/helpless. @TRAI @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence number permanently closed by Airtel Company ! I am facing a big problem for this. I have my paytm account with this number so I am unable to log in. no airtel stores are able to help . And non of your customer cars. If any one can help so contact.

    Just because we kind of ppl have a but of exposure and ring to customer care upfront, imagine about ppl who do not know to read or write, they ll end up paying penalty.. atrocious customer service @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My service no 05224324959 had been requested for disconnection in April'22 & till date disconnection has not been processed even after 4 laborious calls to 121. Ur processes suck on disconnection part. I have 5 Airtel mobiles & am now thinking to shift all

    @airtelindia broadband is down from yesterday and a complaint is raised to be resolved by 10 to 11 but no one yet contacted and when called it is now resolution migrated to 6 pm.

    @sandipsabharwal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Same here . Problem since 2 months, 100s of emails sent. Patchy n/w/ frequent disruptions every 20-25 min. All to deaf years .They send same copy paste replies of working on your issue& will get back. Close complaints. And the network techinicians send FALSE OPTIMISATION reports

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have tired... Every month wrong recieved bill. My bill amount June 795 but after complaint my bill have 520 after 15 day black pan waiver. Now today I have paid 520 rs but bill amount settle in DTH not broadband. @TRAI

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia ad there is no Clear way and no callback that was arranged from your end regarding the outstanding payment issue. I would like to discontinue the broadband connection and inform you that I am not liable to pay a single penny or any overdue charges
