    Wtf @airtelindia already stopped unlimited 5g services for prepaid users even though I've unlimited 5g pack, this is straight up fraud and violation of users rights, fix this issue asap.

    @airtelindia 3.5 days without internet and counting. Raised a complaint, called customer service - no resolution. Technician was supposed to visit and he never showed up. Unacceptable for a paid service. #Airtel #CustomerService #networkoutage
