@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia On 25th May i get a call from customer service asking me if you would like to avail the xstream fibre and airtel black plan which i had applied for.. Within 72hrs it was supposed to be installed Today is 31st not even a call yet

Wait till you have a bad day and then @airtelindia decides to conk off for more than 24 hours leaving you with a fried brain that dealt with call centre professionals for more than 4 hours. The worst service ever, so much for upgrading to 5G.
