    @DoT_India My concern is simple: if telecom companies like @JioCare , @airtelindia cannot provide usable service in our area, then why are they charging normal monthly charges from common people for services that are practically of no use to us?

    @airtelindia wifi is down from last 3 days. SR was raised same day and escalated by store team twice but I believe you guys dont even care and the technicians are busier than the DC of the city Frustrated to the core, mobile network is spotty and slow as snail AIRTEL DOESN'T CARE

    Dear @airtelindia Customer, we understand your concern and a Not able to place modification order in PP complaint has been registered with Service Request number 4511951965. It will be resolved by 17-06-2026 09:00 PM. It's almost time over. No resolution from more than a week .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel hits a new low. DTH not working since 4 days and the assigned Airtel engineer did not visit and says - not my problem. Ask customer care for another engineer. Time to port all services out of Airtel it seems!!!

    @airtelindia Pls tell me how 2 talk 2 an actual agent!!Since 2 days trying to connect to cstmr svc agent but ivr just didn't connect.the store nearby also could not help about my sim issue.can I talk 2 a real person pls??????

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am trying to add an airtel postpaid number to my family plan since 25 May 2026 and had spoken to your customer care (121) at least 6 times. The interesting part is that I am still waiting… I hope that’s called best service!! @TRAI
