    @airtelindia After a long time I joined airtel by taking its fibre connection. I thought airtel is again started rocking but it's my bad The pathetic service I experienced. I logged a complain in customer service they transfer to technical support and vice-versa

    @airtelindia we are facing network problem since one month already complain 3times but still not any action taken. Airtel shows in add I am the top network provider in india but in my experience totally worst👎 network.

    @Airtel_Presence will you do anything on my issue i have complained earlier. But there is no action taken on my complaint. So please do anything otherwise we will have to leave your company sim. @airtelindia In the mid of my work whole network goes down automatically.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Transferring my T-Mobile (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes about 2-3 minutes. Transferring my Rogers (eSIM) number from one iPhone to another takes no more than 5 minutes. BUT in a crappy place like India 🇮🇳, after SMS OTP verification and phone call verification, I am told my SIM requests are arbitrarily cancelled after email confirmations, and I am not even informed. Mind you, I initiated these requests from within an Airtel mobile app. When I visit your store, I am told by idiots that I cannot transfer 2 eSIMs to the same EID on the same day, as it is flagged as suspicious activity. When I asked them to show me this in writing, these low-level gutter scumbags started typical ego battles. How ********? One number is over 28 years old (originally a Hexacom number), and the other has been with Airtel since 2013. The last device change was in 2022!!! Who makes these rules? And now that EID is blacklisted, a one-hour process has stretched to several days, with multiple store visits for certifications! Why is India such a torture????

    @airtelindia @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly look into your recent smart connection aka band steering. It’s creating lot of issues and WiFi freeze which your ground team is unable to fix. In age of AI they are suggesting use of wired cable. Pathetic. Complain#11028611830

    @airtelindia I had installed Airtel Xstream AirFiber and clearly requested for the ₹499 plan. However, the executive showed ₹499 during installation, but now in the app it is showing ₹899 plan without my consent. This is completely misleading and I want immediate resolution
