@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

@airtelindia I had a Fiber network outage in my area and the experience has been ABYSMAL! There is no place to track status of the service/uptime or activate notifications for unplanned outages. Your app doesn’t list the customer support number and the in-app chatbot is useless!!
