@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

Guys @vodafone is third class service in India. Even when you are on smart recharge plan, you have to pay them 128 or more for sending messages. You can't verify with bank if any due to rubbish service. Hence porting to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Shame on #vodafoneidea
