    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi is working very slow on one specific phone, while the same phone works perfectly fine on other Wi-Fi networks. Your engineers have visited but are unable to resolve the issue. Please escalate this and provide a proper resolution at the earliest

    i buy New sim ₹349 unlimited 5G but data ends at 2GB even on 5G+. Misleading service. Fix this or I escalate #airtel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Promised unlimited 5G in my area. Using 5G+ but 2GB deducted. This is false commitment. Resolve ASAP #scam #unlimited

    @airtelindia I have been unable to use wifi since past 4 days, Complaint raised but no action taken. Been delaying since more than 4 days. 3 requests raised still issue is not resolved. This is not the service I expect while having 7 services of yours and Airtel black member.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I booked AirFiber connection via some call executive. He said the available slot for installation is today morning. Its been the whole day, i tried calling but no answer. This is such a poor service. I am very disappointed
