    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

    I haven't got any network since yesterday- no calls no internet. I've tried every possible checks and have had no luck. Tried changing slots as well and the SIM isn't detected in other phone as well. What could have gone wrong @airtelindia ?

    @airtelindia i have recharged for 108 but i haven't got the benefit of amazon prime as of now so pls do the needful ASAP . And i tried to reach out customer service but calls not been connected...

    @airtelindia I am unable to send message on WhatsApp using cellular network AIRTEL except this network tried with other sim and wifi all working after discussing with WhatsApp support told it's your network provider issue fix the issue today or will port to other network ASAP
