    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a poor customer service you have. Called twice on Andhra Pradesh specific line and both the times my calls were disconnected without any resolution. Agent asked to me to hold as they are trying to connect with supervisor but cut the call.

    @airtelindia,@TRAI I have called to customer support every time they said within 4 hrs your issue resolved & sometimes work in process in your area so wait for 4 days. After 4 days we will receive one msg that your issue resolved without resolving issue.Does it make any sense.

    @airtelindia Kya fibre provide karenge airtel wale.. Feasibility to areas me hoti nahi ap logo se dhang se... Customer exectives apke false commitments manipulative and misleading information provide karte ha.. Nodal authorities wale bh issues resolve karne me fail ho jate ha.. Poor service.
