    Hello @airtelindia, I've been calling & writing to you regarding choppy internet speed that for over 6 months now. The latest complaint number is 131485982. Yet it hasn't been resolved. Pls show basic courtesy to let me know if you can't fix it so I can move on to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia unacceptable practices :I am currently in abroad and Airtel has charged me Rs 540 for 6 calls of 1 sec each in duration but I dint pick up a single call. When requested for refund they closed my 2 SR without the refund. Stop looting and harassing your customer.

    Whenever SIM-2 is working..SIM-1 lost all of it's signal and disabled automatically. What on earth? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am using two airtel SIM, both are in the region of Kolkata, Westbengal.. And this was happening since 15.05.21....

    @airtelindia @airtelcomplaint @Airtel_Presence the internet service is down for more than 6 hours. I have called 4-5 times for the same but no resolution on the complaint and just getting messages in which we get new time for the service resolution.

    Last week we have got @airtelindia broadband. The documents were collected via WhatsApp. No documents were signed. I have received installation report which has signature under customer's sign. Will @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia care to explain why the signature was forged?
