@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

@airtelindia If I have a prepaid plan with truly unlimited calls that is valid till 15th August 2023, why am I unable to make calls? I tried sending a DM and there is no response. 121 does not help either.
