@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

My Broadband connection is not working for 2 days. Called customer care several times (SR No. 10091116560) got so many assurances. No resolution. Really frustrated. I will wait today for resolution if it doesn't happen. I will be forced to switch to local ISP @airtelindia
