@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

@airtelindia Hi Airtel,Your service in Nandlalpur, Munger, Bihar 811201 is too hectic. It's an industrial area, most of us has switched our personal Sim to Jio since we cannot call or browse in Airtel. Pls pay attention there or very soon we will be forced to switch the corporate Sims as well

Such horrible International srvc of @airtelindia. I am rn in France and all of sudden there is “no service” in my phone. I tried everything, recharged, changed set, restart. Then the customer service person says there is physical damage to the sim. @airtelnews @airtelindia
