    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It is going to almost 21 days since I twitted about the poor connectivity of Airtel.. Was told that immediately it will be taken care.. but it seems Airtel is bent upon to loose their customers…no one cares..!!
