@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

@airtelindia Don't publish this AD as priority customer service. Incident 137147192 raised and its been 23 Hrs as of now no one address the issue. DON'T you know meaning for Priority. Tried to reach all level of support through call chat and email to 121@airtel no luck.
