I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

I have raised a ticket as well and till now there has been no response. This is pathetic.

I raised a request last time for my WiFi network issue, the assigned engineer only took OTP saying that he will raise with the network team and still the issue is not resolved. MBS at AJMER (@MBSAJ) reportedrecently had to shift location in same premises ( in fact in vicinity of 5 metres my DTH connections. The overall service delivery experience with @TataPlayin was very satisfying. whereas with @airtelindia it was very horrible. The technician was rude, arrogant, stubborn from the start. regret using airtel DTH.
