    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

    @airtelindia the customer care agents are of no help, so are Kolkata Airtel office. Would ask the team to expedite the process as it’s been too long to no action being taken on this
