@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

@airtelindia your network acting so poor as on mobile data its not even allowing airtel application to raise issue to support. Outdoor connectivity so ****** up how come we expect good indoor connectivity. @TRAI you jerks even monitor such things or getting free salary.

@airtelindia worst service! My wife's sim card stopped working suddenly. When contacted the service team, askd to bring Aadhar. Its been 2 days that new sim card is not given with the reason server is not working. In that case why don't you close the store and enjoy new year.
