    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence worst to worst service provided by you, at the time of new DTH connection I was told that Rs 1500 is refundable after one year only if account do not get suspended throughout the year, now after 1.5 years you are denying to refund (Id: 3039666688)

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No follow-up for id 10089089770, 175935023, 2258116834 etc. I was on a call with Surya's Supervisor, and on hold for more 45 min with no solution, unfortunately, I have to disconnect Kidnly work on my issue and contact at the earliest.
