    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

    So much for your horrible broadband installation service Airtel, the payment for a new connection was instantly taken 3 days back, but now I am left with a few random Airtel sales and tech guys numbers who are nt reachable leaving me in a lurch !! @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia. Paid for broadband 4 days back with promise to install in 24 hours. Still waiting for the service. Customer care now it will take 3-5 biz days!! Then what do you promise during sale? #badcustomerservice @jagograhakjago #airtelbroadband

    @airtelindia stop cheating customer trough your agents who sold connection by saying that paid this amount and your wifi will be free for one year and later you send them bill otherwise you stop their internet
