@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

Dear @airtelindia Previously was in BSNL NETWORK and that went soooo well but now that router became old so instead of purchasing new one ,have shifted to airtel but now in regretting why i took this connection . This is very very very worst and not able work properly

@nmanaktala @airtelindia @TRAI Even with the physical sim they would do something similar (my intl. roaming had taken at least 3 days), and their stupid process makes eSIM work like a govt office Babu. SMS stopped for 24 hours? Then how will I function when everything needs OTP in the country?
