@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

Worst experience from @airtelindia. 2 weeks since full payment for installation of fiber and constant promise of a working connection in 24hrs for a week no resolution is provided. Calls ignored, fake promises and constant excuses. Never get a fiber connection from airtel

I cannot give this deepak's no if required. Prior to this charge issue my complaints were getting resolved within hours but not today. I really ditched other networks to be a part of airtel but I am really having bad xperience #airtelbraodband #badservice @airtelindia
