  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence wifi is not working at my house. It’s been 4 days and still the issue is not fixed. Whenever i call customer service, m being told that it will get fixed in 2hrs. I have spoken with them 4 times till now. Please look into it asap.

  If you want most inconsiderate unprofessional and lying customer service, then please opt for airtel internet service. Have experienced the worst service.. non resolution and non helpful service. I would advise people to steer clear . @airtelindia @airtelnews @TheSiasatDaily

  @Airtel_Presence I don't care about my personal info.i want refund. I was not able to use it for even 1 day. Repeatedly had chat with customer executive on airtel thanks app. Followed all the steps told by every executive in the chat. They also admitted that I wasn't able to use it. @airtelindia

  @sambhajikutte @airtelindia From someone who has dialled to design the Black plans and recharge vouchers before Jio turned telecom into a duopoly, please bear with the service provider. Technical difficulties will be dealt with ASAP irrespective of your patience because हर एक friend ज़रूरी होता है।
