    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelbank I have recharge in my prepaid mobile from airtel app net banking on 22nd October. Though recharge shown as successful & amount deducted from my bank account, but recharge not reflecting in my mobile. Contacted 121 or 400 not got solution

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence So I requested for a new broadband connection yesterday. I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia not yet received at least a call or message where it says the complaint has been registered. Not even acknowledgement to the DM I’ve sent. If you are not interested in solving customer’s issues, don’t worry. We’ll make sure to approach via consumer court. Sick!

    @airtelindia I think firstly Airtel should provide the speed of 3G or 4G speed to their customers.I am experiencing a speed of 3G in the world of 5G . Even after complaining good network speed is not provided. Airtel should look into it.

    @Blackdrug_ @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I swear. So I play chess, right? I literally get no network which is fast enough either at home or at office or ANYWHERE. Planning to change it as soon as possible, might go for Jio, don't know.

    At my location @airtelindia, @reliancejio and @VodaIdea_NEWS all three 4G network sucks then what's the use of launching 5G when 4G doesn't work properly???

    Bought Airtel's New connection. Can't able to use WhatsApp and other Messenger because old owner of the number is still using WhatsApp and other. This is the biggest security issue. SIM card in my name and someone else is operating messenger. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I am constantly trying to get Airtel Xstream fiber broadband service at "Sahid Ganesh Dutta Road Annada Park 2nd lane near Birati High School Birati Kolkata 700051" for the past 4years and it is still not available in my area. Pls focus on expanding network not in advertisement.

    @airtelindia Airtel does not have any SLA to fix any network issues. They transfer between technical, wiring teams and take 3 days or more to rectify. Think twice before booking Airtel Xstream Fiber. Ask them about SLA to fix issue, not customer support response time.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been calling Airtel customer care on 198 and it seems like calls are getting routed to Pakistan. I spoke with 2 of your representatives and the kind of language barrier they have seema like that they are Pakistanis.... What a Hll😡😡
