I was assured that someone will contact me within four hours. After more than 5 calls to customer support and multiple requests, I am yet to receive a call from your representative. 😠😠

Even my ticket was closed without resolving the issue in June. Raised complaint again. I have been waiting for 56 days Hope is now giving away.
