    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, they demand money for service but the customer support executive dont know how to resolve the complaint and the supervisor is not available on site and they portray themselves as best cust sup ever..! Its Utter bullshit!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic service to customers I cannot access internet since 5days, tried swapping the sim, changing handsets and Asking for the local help and tried mailing the issue and nothing has been resolved, I work for airtel and this sim is connected

    @Gopal Vittal @airtelindia Today I have done recharge on the wrong customer Id by mistake, I have called and said that please.That the team is saying that it will take 30 hours, it does not happen that the customer has made a mistake, it means disturbing the customer.
