@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic service to customers I cannot access internet since 5days, tried swapping the sim, changing handsets and Asking for the local help and tried mailing the issue and nothing has been resolved, I work for airtel and this sim is connected

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, they demand money for service but the customer support executive dont know how to resolve the complaint and the supervisor is not available on site and they portray themselves as best cust sup ever..! Its Utter bullshit!

@airtelindia Part 1:Took family postpaid plan and broadband, DTH reconnection from airtel very recently.I called airtel customer care to give me new DTH plan with 1 year subscription similar as Airtel Black. Got response this is for new customers and not for exisiting customers.

@airtelindia Despite of Calls and mail to the customer care. Nobody bother in Air tel to reply. Every month they put some extra charges and I have to call them to correct it. Really facing problem in every month basis.
