@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic service to customers I cannot access internet since 5days, tried swapping the sim, changing handsets and Asking for the local help and tried mailing the issue and nothing has been resolved, I work for airtel and this sim is connected

You need 17 days to resolve a ticket and you say it open network. Why should I pay bill for 17days of no internet? @airtelindia Either fix the internet issues asap or do not charge me for your incapabilities.

To add to this its sales executive called 100times before I booked the connection once the payment has been completed doesn't pick call and will straight away disconnect. This is not the kind of service that is expected of @airtelindia.

@airtelindia Worst experience ever.Did not expect a brand like airtel to treat its customer this way. Paid for airtel fiber more than 7days back was informed yesterday not possible to provide connection although my adjacent building has airtel fiber installed with all its setup.
