    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic service to customers I cannot access internet since 5days, tried swapping the sim, changing handsets and Asking for the local help and tried mailing the issue and nothing has been resolved, I work for airtel and this sim is connected

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, they demand money for service but the customer support executive dont know how to resolve the complaint and the supervisor is not available on site and they portray themselves as best cust sup ever..! Its Utter bullshit!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Facing an internet outage since May 17 and I am honestly so drained by this. Technician promised an 11 AM visit yesterday and ghosted. Wasted hours fighting with customer care, supervisors, and area managers just to get silence. Ticket #11030415152

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I regret choosing Airtel.Every complaint is closed without real resolution.After one timeline ends,Airtel simply raises a new complaint I suggest people avoidbuying SIM until Airtel starts taking customer complaints seriously.This is shameful service
