    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic service to customers I cannot access internet since 5days, tried swapping the sim, changing handsets and Asking for the local help and tried mailing the issue and nothing has been resolved, I work for airtel and this sim is connected

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, they demand money for service but the customer support executive dont know how to resolve the complaint and the supervisor is not available on site and they portray themselves as best cust sup ever..! Its Utter bullshit!

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I have been trying to get support for over a month but have received no resolution. My connection was converted to postpaid without my knowledge or consent. I never requested this change and want my number restored to prepaid. My number is being shown as unauthorized, yet charges have continued to be added and an outstanding amount is now being displayed. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to speak to a responsible executive. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be shifted to postpaid without their explicit consent and then be asked to pay charges for a service they never requested.     @Airtel_Presence Your engineers could be lying. No one is working on repair in our area. The internet is down for Day 2! Undersea cables get repaired in a few hours. Airtel has come down to lying and cheating!? When will my Internet be up? Give me a definite date & time. @airtelindia
