@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic service to customers I cannot access internet since 5days, tried swapping the sim, changing handsets and Asking for the local help and tried mailing the issue and nothing has been resolved, I work for airtel and this sim is connected

@airtelindia very very unprofessional. I had raised issue about my broadband connectivity issue yesterday morning itself. Till now there's no resolution. You've provided the engineer's phone number but he doesn't pick. I need a resolution ASAP!!! I'm not able to work.
