@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, they demand money for service but the customer support executive dont know how to resolve the complaint and the supervisor is not available on site and they portray themselves as best cust sup ever..! Its Utter bullshit!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic service to customers I cannot access internet since 5days, tried swapping the sim, changing handsets and Asking for the local help and tried mailing the issue and nothing has been resolved, I work for airtel and this sim is connected

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my airtel sim card is not working because of UNAVAILABILITY OF MOBILE NETWORK. Tried diagnosing the problem with airtel support application, it states that VoLTE is not enabled, but actually it is.(No problem with device). Please look into it.

@ViCustomerCare Your cust. care exe. impersonated as someone from @airtelindia & asked me to send a msg to activate my sim. I recognized that the msg was actually to cancel my porting request & confronted him. Stop with such fraudulent practices! Plz note down my complaint.
