@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, they demand money for service but the customer support executive dont know how to resolve the complaint and the supervisor is not available on site and they portray themselves as best cust sup ever..! Its Utter bullshit!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic service to customers I cannot access internet since 5days, tried swapping the sim, changing handsets and Asking for the local help and tried mailing the issue and nothing has been resolved, I work for airtel and this sim is connected

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I have faced frequent outage of my fibreline in Bangalore. Inspite of my repeated requests, everything is in vain. I am not sure that Airtel sends me a message at 10:40 about a planned downtime from 11 AM till 3 PM, then extended to 6PM.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why you giving covid warning on dialing a call . Aropit or otherwise I will go to other operator. You have zero complaint because there is no space for consumer email to you in your app. Stop covid dialing tone immediately.
