@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia such a pathetic service to customers I cannot access internet since 5days, tried swapping the sim, changing handsets and Asking for the local help and tried mailing the issue and nothing has been resolved, I work for airtel and this sim is connected

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am a postpaid customer, they demand money for service but the customer support executive dont know how to resolve the complaint and the supervisor is not available on site and they portray themselves as best cust sup ever..! Its Utter bullshit!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence This is not a drill. I tried calling the helpdesk but the IVR gives you no option to talk to customer care from a different provider. My other SIM’s network is not working and I want to get the SIM Card replaced.
