    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Will you give me 12hrs extra, its been 12hrs since i recharged, and srvc not yet started. Why? Are you giving service or just making us fool. Give me my extra hours after starting or i will have to move legally. Choice is yours.

    @Airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Today morning my outgoing call & net service was blocked I don’t know why when i contacted to customer care they told me your documents was not summited then i said if my documents was not submitted then how i was able to use the sim for last 3mnths

    @airtelindia I am using airtel brodaband. I am complaint for issue. SR NO is 134923224. Service team visitng to my cenrer he demanding for 400.00 in cash. I asking for bill but they told me we can't reslove my problem.

    @saybwala @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Jio too does the same as thing . Let’s say once in 15-20 days . The whole house goes offline and takes lots of time to reconfigure the network

    Fedup with the @airtelindia dth services since last 2 months we are not getting certain channels that's part of subscription. Local agents are not supporting at all. Customer care is only IVRS no human agent are available, Thanks App has useless chat boat! Decided to switch!

    @airtelindia I have an active ₹399 plan (valid till 6 April 2026) and ₹219 plan (valid till 14 April 2026), yet outgoing calls show “Outgoing service has ended.” I have repeatedly visited the Airtel store, contacted customer care, and even swapped my SIM twice—still no solution

    @saybwala @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thoroughly unprofessional. I faced a basic connectivity issue & requested a site visit by their Engineers. They took 5-months & that too after i filed a complaint with CPGRAMS, not to mention an endless trail mail. I'm still waiting for their reply as to what took them so long.

    I have contacted customer service many times and raised this issue repeatedly, but nothing has improved. It is very frustrating that despite repeated complaints, there has been no real action on the ground. @airtelindia
