    @Airtel_Presence Airtel knows that services of other service provider are also worst, therefore,despite @TRAI guidelines,no telecom company has placed only talk plan w/o data. Your app does not contain details of prepaid plans. #Airteltheworstservice @airtelindia

    Anyway I can talk to a human at @airtelindia? Been trying on the helpline but that bot keeps speaking indefinitely without any option to talk to some human. I need help porting to airtel postpaid. @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Already an Airtel Black coustomer, unable to speak to hotline number regarding transfer of Wifi Services in my name. I have been trying for past 5 days to talk to someone on hotline..121 option 3 is never available.kindly look into the matter

    @airtelindia please contact my Airtel no 8114981493 & 8018410392 Such a poor service, I recharge your 49, when I call on 198 from your customer car then this reply comes that there is no balance on your number...she must be some **********, this is the reply I get when we talk on

    @ACTFibernet its now been 36 hours of paying for a new connection. No one reached out yet to install nor getting any resolution. No wonder @reliancejio and @airtelindia have better services than you. Ticket number is: 10175750615476

    @TRAI should look on to the network issue of Airtel..rather than enjoy the spectrum money ..worst service ..they even respond the query and network show in mobile dispay +E sign..Are we really in India??they took handsome charge and not able to talk or use upi .@airtelindia

    @SUMITRAW2506 @airtelindia @ACTFibernet Even I have had a pathetic experience with ACT but the problem is right now Jio is not ready to help with anything so if ACT is gonna be best of the worst then I might just have to go with it. 🥲 Local cable and internet providers use to be so much easier to deal with.
