@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst customer service. I have been using Airtel as my primary sim. Yesterday morning,it shows no service. The service centre gave a duplicate sim,said will be activated in 2 hours. When visited again says will be activated in another 48 hours.

The customer care service is pathetic and there is no option or method to speak to the customer care executive through the IVRS system @airtelindia. Not sure why the companies aren't making customer service, customer friendly

@airtelindia Its been almost 10 days now and I hadn't received any updates from your team. This provide me clear figure that how good is your support. Can I rate support as worst? Who can't reply for 10 days. Earlier Airtel was good but not now. Your services are worst now. Not recommended.
