@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have been calling the customer care at 121 & 198 so many times but still not able to talk with an agent. It is such a worst automated call where we wait so long and still we don’t get any options to talk with an agent for registering our complaint

Facing #Airtel broadband Internet issue. From 16 Aug 2022 I am nt able 2 use internet. Multiple request raised but got closed automatically,no call or technician came to my house. Should I switch to other network as atleast they will provide service. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
