    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Awesome strategy. If one wants to get a new connection, there's huge customer support. If one wants to opt out, the same is dead. I've tried reaching through emails, no revert. Through customer support numbers, not possible.

    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 3 days gone, no response from your side. call drop is continue, already sent mobile no in DM but things are not moving. Is it your service for which your MD is saying that in every 1 rupee govt share is 35 paise, so you are not giving services?

    Either they think that the customer is there, he will speak for two or three days and then he will calm down. There is a limit to shamelessness, Airtel people @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
