    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi hasn't been working for two days, and I have been waiting patiently for it to be fixed. I tried contacting customer care, but the automated bot didn't provide an option to connect to a representative. I have been without internet access for two days.

    @airtelindia @reliancejio @JioCare Why your Network is not working in Virar East Area, Dist. Palghar 401305, MH since last 3 days? Unable to place a basic 5G/4G call. Data is also not working. What is your role and what you people are doing? Not even able to do WFH. Pathetic

    @airtelindia worst network service... @narendramodi and @AmitShah both look at the issue.. same complaint i have given on 10 march 2026 But they are not resolved.... sir they are taking 5 G amounts from us and not a good network....worst service...

    @airtelindia Thankfully after 15 days without resolution of my complaint airtel gives me next resolution date for 15 more days, hopefully they will sort out this before 2027.

    @airtelindia hi, I recently switched to priority postpaid, but since last Sunday, there's no network at my location even for making calls, forget the internet. Can you please sort it out?

    Finally, it's time to switch from @JioCare @reliancejio to @airtelindia . The network experience with Jio has been terrible. Even after multiple complaints, nothing was resolved—they simply ignored the issue. I'm done wasting my money on poor service. Time to move on.

    @airtelindia There is no DG (diesel generator) backup at the Airtel tower in Nandgaon Village, PIN 401501, District Palghar, Maharashtra. Whenever there is a power outage, the mobile network goes down, causing significant inconvenience to residents. Kindly provide DG @DoT_India

    Really disappointed with the poor customer service from @airtelindia I raised a request to shift my Wi-Fi connection on 4th July, and despite multiple follow-ups, it still hasn’t been resolved. I even visited the Airtel Store multiple times, but there was no proper response. The Store Manager simply said that only complaints can be registered, with no actual resolution or timeline. To make matters worse, while I was at the store, I met two other customers facing similar issues. This has been my worst experience with Airtel. Bad 👎🏼 #Airtel #WorstCustomerService
