    @airtelindia airtel network is not working properly from past 3 months and the customer care is also not supporting. They are forceflly trying to change my prepaid account to postpaid account and when I denied they disconnected the call.

    @airtelindia it's been over a week since I ordered a Wi-Fi Router UPS, and I still haven't received it. The delay is disappointing, and the customer service experience has been equally frustrating with no proper update or resolution. Kindly get this delivered by EOD or refund.

    @airtelpune @airtelindia Airtel accepted my payment on 04 Jul 2026, installed Wi-Fi on 09 Jul, but DTH is still pending on 21 Jul. SR:11035172794 | Mob:7385163896. No calls, no visit, only auto replies. Is this Airtel's customer service? #Airtel #CustomerService

    Bkl @airtelindia I have a broadband connection and also a postpaid sim of Airtel and when broadband service were down I tried to connect via hotspot and ur stupid new policy left me stranded for 4 hrs. 😐😐
