    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I have been trying to get support for over a month but have received no resolution. My connection was converted to postpaid without my knowledge or consent. I never requested this change and want my number restored to prepaid. My number is being shown as unauthorized, yet charges have continued to be added and an outstanding amount is now being displayed. Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to speak to a responsible executive. This is completely unacceptable. Customers should not be shifted to postpaid without their explicit consent and then be asked to pay charges for a service they never requested. Whom are you listening to government or dena nhi chahate hain? Wrost services of both Neither Airtel Xstream working not Mobile internet or Airtel and Jio.     @Airtel_Presence Your engineers could be lying. No one is working on repair in our area. The internet is down for Day 2! Undersea cables get repaired in a few hours. Airtel has come down to lying and cheating!? When will my Internet be up? Give me a definite date & time. @airtelindia
