    @airtelindia I have been following up on my UPS installation through your customer care for the last 48 hours. Each representative says they are escalating the issue and promises a callback, but no one calls. Cannot even cancel the order now. Is this a new way to extort money?

    @airtelindia, my WiFi router has been installed for 5 years, and it keeps turning off every 10-30 minutes. This causes problems, especially when I'm using internet banking. This is the third time I am requesting a router replacement, but the inspection engineers keep rejecting it

    Booked my wifi connection 3 days back paid my amount. And still i am waiting for installation. @Airtel @airtelindia kindly refund my amount. Your pre sales are so bad. Can’t imagine post sales. And the person isn’t even answering my calls.
