Sameer (@Sameer70142570) reported@airtelindia I.e. the number was not eligible for OPT IN service. The supervisor informed me that I could do the conversion after 3 days by dialling the same number. After doing a recharge of Rs 100 again 2day, tried to convert but no avail.
