Sunny (@hoshang_govil) reported@Cartidise Fun fact, @airtelindia shuts down 5G after 1 am at night and remain off until 6am morning in some areas. Airtel #AirFiber doesn't use 5G NSA , but relying on 5G NSA (EN-DC) which results in high latency & packet loss especially at night.

Puneet Gangwar (@puneetgangwar) reported@airtelindia @airtel_wifi recently, I installed Airtel wifi over multiple options and had 8 years of trust. Unfortunately, my journey has been horrible and raised multiple complaints yet no resolution. Absolutely poor customer journey. I am getting rid of it now. Totally wasted.

He asked for an OTP claiming it was to fix my internet issue but instead activated a new plan without my consent (Ref: 6P2E90X48N). Despite requesting cancellation, no action was taken.

Despite heavy advertisements for Airtel Xstream Fiber, the service is still unavailable in Arya Vihar, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar—a prime residential area just behind DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur. It's frustrating to see.
