It’s an endless loop and worse than dealing with a govt office. I switched to Jio fibre in the end. Airtel has not even paid my deposit despite picking up router etc.

Networks are never full, varied internet speed from same location, delivery guys saying my number is busy.. i can handle that. but MY WIFE IS SAYING I WAS BUSY WHEN SHE CALLED. (I was not even using my phone that time). This is not acceptable. Fix you network Airtel or else you will be responsible if something happens to me if this continues 😭
