@airtelindia DTH ID3000603788 was merged with Airtel black. new Id generated without positioning the existing HD set-top and card. As such can't watch DTH. Called CC-10 times during the last 10 days-CC and technical team fighting 4 resolution.All efforts r waste.

@airtelindia my sim is not working from 4th January and still no action from the customer service. First it was because I was in Delhi and sim was issued in MP. Then it was because it was in my dad’s name and have to get it transferred. Now it’s something else.

@airtelindia is there no one authorised to give relief for 2 months bill for a customer who has been with Airtel for 12 years. The largest Telecom has successfully disconnected two people from the rest of the world. Asking for relief due to financial situation and cancer patient
