I think @airtelindia is the busiest fiber service in India that is why keeping customer on hold for 20mins and after that no resolution of the issue. Raised ticket to shift my WiFi connection and every time i call to the customer care got the reply "plz wait for today "

I did subtlety DM you for an urgent request but looks like Airtel only reply to the tweets! I am on Int. Roaming. I have activated my roaming pack. However the internet only worked for a few hours. I am in another country depended on free WIFI thanks to @airtelindia HELP!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia will you plz look into this ? This is such a harassment to the existing customer .. Calling them continuously 3 times a day from last 1 week , mailed on every possible Id available .Never seen such poor service . I won't recommend this service ever.
