    @airtelindia They are still in mode of "looking up in the matter", instead of solving the issue. Seriously, is this your so-called Priority customer service? I shall gladly throw it away if this is the level of customer support I'm to get after being a loyal customer since years.

    @airtelindia I’ve received over 1500+ OTPs in one day on my Airtel number — this is harassment and denial of service. IVR gave no solution. Please escalate to your Nodal Officer urgently. Copying @TRAI @RBI for regulatory attention.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised a relocation request on 24 Jun it’s 2 Jul and no installation despite repeated promises. An executive sold me a new connection on an alternate number, took payment & activated it, but no installation again. 15+ year customer. Pathetic service.

    Hi @airtelindia I converted my sim to postpaid around 10 days back and i was getting proper network But suddenly it stopped working from today. The other postpaid sim is working 100% fine. I am paying high premium for postpaid but still seeing this behaviour 1/2

    @airtelindia I am Airtel black coustomer, and honestly I am having a really bad time even raising a complain for a service that i have paid for, I tried everything even called dedicated airtel. I do not see any refrence in the app as well to share you here like an ID

    We faced a similar issue around 2 months ago, where @airtelindia took 9 days to solve the issue. That's just frustrating and pathetic service delivery. On top of that, there was no bill adjustment or service credit for the days when our broadband was unstable.
