@airtelindia such pathetic service from Airtel with regards to shifting of broadband..placed request on 28 April and still awaiting for installation of broadband. False commitments were made by supervisor desk and escalation teams. Non responsive Area Managers and Technicians.

Unable to understand how @airtelindia (broadband) can give me a due date of 7th May for the billing period 26th April - 25th May ?? Else penalty! Waited for 25mins to speak to the customer service but... couldn't speak to the supervisor! @Airtel_Presence is this how Airtel cares?
