I’m in Italy solo-my data pack by @airtelindia is nt working at and they care about is the 4999/- rs. bill. I hv nt used even one sec of data I requested them to cancel it all together-they refused-Acc to them I should pay for pack even when it’s nt working. @AshwiniVaishnaw help

@DoT_India I have been trying to place complaint on @airtelindia but neither their app let u place complaint nor their helpline 121 or 198. and they claim to be complaint free cause you cant place a complaint.. @Airtel_Presence are u listening

@CRED_club I did my prepaid @airtelindia mobile recharge today using #cred app for the first time.Its been more than 5 hours, till now it has not been processed. On App there is no option to raise a complain on this issue.I request @CRED_club to process my recharge asap.
