@airtelindia I am facing Network Issue (data and calls) since month in my office. I raised complaint on 198 and email since 15 days but still it havent been resolved. Seems like airtel just want new customer and don't want to retain old one.

@airtelindia extremely unprofessional. Have taken one india 1999 plan on 30th Nov 2020 and still awaiting for the migration to the 200 mbps plan. Poor DTH and Broadband service with frequent disconnection and speed less than 40 mbps. So many calls to customer care but in vain

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Requested new Xtream n DTH and initially airtel promise to provide. Now after couple of days, denied to provide service for both and who was coordinating not at all responding properly. Request to improve this kind of behaviour and provide service.

@airtelindia you reduce the message sending option from ₹49 pack without any intimation. Your customer care executive says recharge unlimited pack for sending message. If i recharge for unlimited pack ,my recharge of ₹49 is waste.
