    Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

    @PrabhatHegde16 @JioCare @airtelindia Bro. This jio person too is not resolving my issue. Have you seen that internet speed. On airtel i am getting 40mbps speed on my phone. I tried to complain to jio but no one resolved my issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews I got my Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 011101780190_dsl on 05/12/2020. It didn't work well but the installation team asked me to file a complaint and left. I filed service request no 125173136 on 05/12/2020. The internet is not working. SOS

    @airtelindia Also the crazy furious lady hangs up on me saying there’s a problem in my SIM card & I should visit the nearest gallery. She refuses to provide technical assistance & asks me to dial 121 instead.
