    Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence still no response. I gonna port out to @reliancejio my whole family is using your family plan but what is the use if your internet speed sucks. Just making false claims in the ads, does not mean that you can get away with it. Shittiest service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia SR124416084 Opened on 16 Oct 2020 and still open. No call backs. 3 times i had called customer care. spoke to floor supervisors... No courtesy from anyone to call up again. Note: This account is part of essential services catering to Pharma Indus

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i have process for a recharge from airtel thanks app .and amount deducted from my bank account but i did not get my recharge yet.i have called to customer care they told me to wait for 4 hours. i am facing problem due to your worst services .
