Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

@airtelindia Leave signal issues..you won't even solve small issues. Sending several emails and call. Such bad customer service. You can reach out to any state and claim you are providing services but you don't bother to provide basics in Delhi/ncr. Wonder wats going to happen there
