    Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i see that you have charged monthly rental for a month which I did not use your service, you should include that.. please rectify your bill or disconnect my services. Check my usage before charging me for 2 months.. i m ready to pay for 1 month..

    @airtelindia On 16th march airtel salesman booked my stream fiber broadband nd 27 march they said they cant install Broadband at my location. So why the booked nd still they didn't refunding my money.. airtel have the worst service of india.

    On 16th march airtel salesman booked my stream fiber broadband nd 27 march they said they cant install Broadband at my location. So why the booked nd still they didn't refunding my money.. airtel have the worst service of india. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India I faced this issue every month when I recharged.. and they didn't do anything. They are making money. Zero customer service. Kindly respond to this.

    @airtelindia I have been using high speed 4g data since 1year . In the same place now facing problem for 4g network. I am very upset for this poor service of airtel network. Place is same but when i used 4g airtel network in past , now I am using 2g network. Please resolve it.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Over last week or so your network has been really poor. So much so that from the daily 2gb I manage to use only about 400mb. The rest all is wasted as there is simply no net or it runs on EDGE

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i gave port request from airtel to vodafone on 25th march but not any response and message is received yet i want to know the status of MNP and pathetic service of 121 and 198 neither connect to customer care executive bad service airtel
