Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

@airtelindia Your network and customer care service is degrading day by day i was happy to be a Airtel customer but it seems like stupidity now. Facing a recharge related issue and no solution is there. On top of that no customer care service to resolve the issue well done @Airtel_Presence
