    Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

    @airtelindia zero time management and zero messaging system. I was allocated a time slot no Engineer contacted me for the installation as well I didn't get a msg that the installation would not proceed in the given time slot. The worst management @Airtel_Presence
