Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

One of the worst network in Chennai is @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence . From Chengalpattu to till guindy u will not even talk properly.Especially in Chengalpattu & Tambaram railway station. also at Chennaione-ITSez Thoraipakkam.

@airtelindia I have been airtel user since I was born. Not lying bro. As your long term user I want to all bars present on my phone. Please install a tower near IIIT Dharwad which has almost 800 students. The network is **** currently and we have to use VPN at night. Sincerely

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am receiving the msges regularly from you but you should improve your 3G network then 4G and if it works properly then dream for 5G. There is no internet connectivity in our area. We 434 people are about to port. We recharge for 839 but in vain.
