    Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

    @airtelindia I think @TRAI or whatever body is regulating should strictly scrutinize the ground reality of users. They can simply check how much fluctuations people face while using the network for calling or data. Im paying 3-4 times for the service I'm getting, now they want us to pay more

    @airtelindia worst service. I have taken a WiFi connection with up tv and 3 mobile connection. Buy no one is still responding for fitting up tv . Will recommend to all people to take Airtel connection

    @airtelindia I had raised a complaint to terminate my broadband and dth connections. Till now no update from anyone. And every time I call customer care, it’s always a new process explained to me. Why is that? I’m not paying anything for any service after 30th May.

    @AirtelIndia @Airtel_Presence It's been 48+ hours and I still have NO internet at my home in Hoskote, Bangalore! 😤 BESCOM removed the pole your cables were running on. Your team said someone will come to install a "black box" — NOBODY has come. I had to take 2 days leave from office because of this. Complaint raised. Automated response received. ZERO action taken. This is absolutely unacceptable! When will my connection be restored? #AirtelDown #AirtelXstreamFiber #Hoskote

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My Airtel Fiber connection (056520367921_wifi) has been down for 2 days. Multiple complaints raised. Technician Pradeep Solanki (7456929493), referred by TI Pravesh Yadav (Mathura), kept giving false arrival times and stopped answering calls.
