    Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

    And @airtelindia support is like SBI bank employees, even after wondering around for 30 min for help, the customer agent said I will receive a call from the team.

    @airtelindia i have paid for the UPS from your app and the same is reflecting in my history but the ups is not delivered and after connecting with customer care the amount is paid in the wifi account what the hell is going @jagograhakjago pls take a note of it.

    @airtelindia - I have been raising an Airtel Fiber complaint for the last 2 months in the Mathura–Vrindavan area (Uttar Pradesh), but your TSM and distributor Bhavya Enterprises (owner Sachin Gupta) keep closing requests using IDs of engineers who left Airtel long ago.

    @airtelindia @MoitOfficial @airtelnews A complaint regarding wifi was made by me on 26/05/2026 which is registered vide service number 10952512734 and it assigned to engineer INDRANSHU DEVENDRA LAWHALE (08048256752). But till today my complaint is not resolved.

    To answer everyone's question – if @airtelindia is pushing everyone to Priority Postpaid, who'll benefit from it, I'm glad to tell you folks that I have an answer. The beneficiaries will be flagship and mid-range users of Samsung and Apple users. Because apparently, Airtel is too focused on them. They launched the service and all, and I have 2 flagship phones (unfortunately I just switched from Samsung), and none of them is getting Vo5G/NR or the Priority Postpaid. But surprise, my friend with a S25+ standing next to me is getting Vo5G and Priority Postpaid. Cool, right?

    Same experienced. Closed 2 @JioCare wifi connections and switched to @airtelindia wifi. No issues so far

    @airtelindia my Airtel sim is not working since 2 days...I tried for a new sim (same number) but your service provider is not able to resolve my problem. What should I do ? Pathetic service
