Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

@airtelindia It's been 3 days since internet is down. Mainly due to not setting up proper FTTB, Field Engineers has used local internet providers boxes for infrastructure setup instead of setting up separate hub. SR: 10145888804

@Prashantst7036 @reliancejio @airtelindia No u didnt understand this logic. After launch of 5G Jio is far ahead. Vodafone idea is debt ridden , is constantly loseing subscribers ,their 4G network quality is degrading and they dont have capital to fund and start 5G. Same is the case of Bsnl. So both these will shut down

Latest Airtel Thanks App is the worst experience so far. It used to be butter smooth, but now crashes multiple times and for making payments you have to struggle like anything #airtelthanks @airtelindia
