Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

@airtelindia provides the worst WiFi services. It's been a week that my Wi-Fi is not working & I've called customer care 100s of times. They say engineer will visit premises by EOD & nobody shows up. Everyone should switch to EXCITEL as It's better so than Airtel @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia airtel xstream complaint no 10048932888. It was first assigned to an engineer for service today. I never requested for rescheduling but it has automatically been rescheduled to 12 June. Seriously !! U need 3 days to resolve internet issue ?
