Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

@airtelindia my Airtel no. Deactivated, on contacting customer care they said they have no documents regarding the no. I am using this no from 8 years. The no. Is linked to all my Bank accounts and aadhar. How am i suppose to get back my no during lockdown. All retail are also closed.

@airtelindia Why don't you do your basic job for which we are paying you??? Provide a good network to make calls. I have been raising my concerns for Poor network from months now on Airtel Nodal department, facebook, twitter. But no resolution till yet.
