    Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please improve network signal in thane 400615. It's very poor and cant listen to calls anymore. This is happening from last one year. When u r going to improve. Otherwise refund my recharge money.

    @sanjayuvacha @airtelindia One of the worst customer service. Almost impossible to talk to a human in spite of having 2 broadband and 2 postpaid connections.

    @airtelindia i have recharged my number today morning and upto now i am unable to make calls and use internet services. I visited airtel store they are also helpless . Such a worst telecom network service. It is showing successful recharge but unable to use how bad .

    @airtelindia we are based in Mahape, Navi Mumbai, we have more than 40 connections with your company. We have suffered for years with connectivity issues, with NO solution to the matter. Bad connectivity is affecting our work and business and please help out.
