Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence When Airtel Broadband is will be available in our area. Pincode: 343022 Sayla. Only BSNL is available which is not cost effective neither reliable. Any plans to roll out service here.

@airtelindia nice service of xtreme fibre, I booked your advance rental of 2828 INR yesterday, your technician told me yesterday that by 12 PM today everything would be setup, but when I called him at 12:30 PM he started making excuses. Keep working this hard.

Due to lockdown restrictions all airtel stores are closed & IVR number 14546 to get Addhar card linked with mobile number is also not functioning @airtelindia Could you please intervene as during current situation such IVR service should be functional. Thanks
