Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

@Airtel_Presence internet speed is super slow & very poor connectivity range @airtelindia (cannot hav seperate broadband for seperate floors. Connectivity fluctuates constantly. Also, 2 add switching off/on again & again is not helping (last time that was the solution given)

Every single day passes by the data service, data speed is getting worse here in Vijayanagar Hassan, and still @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews sends we have upgraded our network in this place and in Hassan enjoy the super fast data speed. Please fix this problem!

@airtelindia This service is not acceptable from airtel broadband does not even provide proper service in this tough time when everyone needs quick service from your side. Issue is still not resolved no internet from last 14 hours. Lets see how much does it take to get resolved.
