Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

After back to back complaints in Vi and raised an Issue in the DOT as well no steps taken to resolve the ticket but simply closed these tickets has a temporary issue so switching from @ViCustomerCare to @airtelindia

Hey @airtelindia this is really pathentic service i am receiving from Airtel even after loose our time i have called @Airtel_Presence but they have disconnect the call without resolving my query intentionally and fake Promise has been done while taking the Plan.
