    Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

    @airtelindia My internet was cut due to some bill issues which wasn’t even sent to me. Now the customer care is calling me for 15 times a day and shouting over the call. This is complete harassment of a customer. They are saying that this is we get payment.

    @airtelindia I had fiber connection.. I moved from my house to another in same city.. it has been a month.. @airtelindia did not listen to my request n do not help in shifting their customer support disconnects call.. my customer id is 01724049793
