Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

@airtelindia Worst customer service I have ever seen of any service provider, after 1 month of the complaint also, the issue hasn’t been resolved yet. They charge a penalty for late payment of bills, but who is responsible for the problems which I am facing?
