Horrible experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence,looking for broadband connection in airtel black custom plan.contacted with 121, generated half a dozen of lead ids from oast one week. Didn't get any call for installation or kyc activation.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when my persom said that I am in uae and asked him to talk to me. He even dialed the call. Karthik person rudely said I have no need to talk to him if he wants something better he comes here . Is this the way to treat the customers ?? 2/3

@airtelindia WiFi calling on Galaxy Note 8 is currently available on Jio only. Airtel has to come up with an OTA update for it to support on Note 8. I have been using the airtel for all my communications for last 10 years but now there is very bad quality calls and disturbances.

@roteIndischer @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i have after them for past one week to get my broadband service transferred. the engineer came and installed modem last Saturday but service is still not active due to suboptimal intensity of laser. everyday i spend half an hour pestering the customercare.

Probably the nth time this is repeating. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Explain why my internet goes slow the moment my daily data runs out eventhough I have xtra data pack added and a data balance of 5gb remaining? This is ridiculous the kind of inconvenience you put us through!!
