Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

One of the worst kind of network service provide is @airtelindia I can’t connect to their customer care even they charges to talk to customer executive. Just frustrating to use the @airtelindia. I am asking all my family and known airtel users to switch to jio. @airtelnews.

@airtelindia Tried calling 121 and 198, but they’re now AI bots that keep repeating useless info and have no clue about the issue. There’s no option to talk to a real human. It’s beyond frustrating — Airtel has replaced customer care with cost-cutting bots.
