Cancel the free Sim card. No customer care or Airtel store is ready to help. This is forcing to pay for the service I don't want.

I usually use wifi but when there is power cut I have to rely on the mobile internet connection. I pay to get 5g speed but don't even get 3g speed. People working at sea for months should not lose access to their mobile numbers simply because they cannot walk into a store.
