    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

    @airtelindia there is no network to the entire town from the evening, almost 7 hours , this happening for the second time in the last two months

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia an airtel store gave false info. when I gather info and told them to not change postpaid they replied my sim will not be converted into postpaid as there is document issue and payment will be refunded but they changed my sim prepaid to postpaid.

    Paid for @airtelindia WiFi service. Since morning am chasing their installation “engineers” and call centre. Total negligence. Once money is paid, nobody cares for service standards. #viksitbharat #vishwaguru

    Unfortunately, it was foolish of us as consumers to trust such a pathetic provider like @airtelindia for my corporate group connection (with 12 nos.) and 2 airtel black connections. All performing equally poor and worse than a 2G connection.

    Airtel DTH service at worst raised a complaint on 5th May 2026 and the problem persists despite multiple emails and call with customer care request ID 656021298 @airtelindia @dth_airtel

    Will you extend my service validity for the days lost due to your delay? If this issue is not resolved immediately, I would like a refund for the remaining period due to such poor service quality. At this point, switching to @airtelindia seems like a far better option. (3/3)
