  Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

  @airtelindia How do I speak to a human? Your AI voice support/chat cannot seem to help resolve my issue. I just want to change a phone number which is postpaid/Airtel one to prepaid. I have been trying to get this done for 3-4 days; nothing helps.

  @airtelindia sucks! They charge you for international roaming, you land at your destination, it works for half a day and then... nothing. They don't even respond to your message. Shameful!

  Pathetic service by @airtelindia , I have raised the complaint 11039027627 yestrday abt modem replacement, with 6 calls , 2 escalation calls issue is not fixed and ur engg mentioned tht it will take another 1 day, It happens in banaglore, what will happen in other part of India
