Isn't it the shame. @airtelindia pure money minded and don't say your service is good. People, Don't try airtel any time. Look for others. @airtelindia not able to fix the wifi in metros like Hyd.

Be ashamed of your services. You can't give the service engineer contact details to the customer. Isn't it foolish???

SMS has mobile but engrs says they are not available and call the customer care. Endless loop. More players needed so airtel can't take customers for granted.
