Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

I took one year #Airtel fibre broadband subscription on 11 March 2021. Called call centre 3 times. No resolution yet. It seems they don’t see any value for my money. Pathetic service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

It's been more than 2 days. No technician has visited and all the requests being closed by customer care or technician without rectifying the issue @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Sad that the service quality and support has degraded to such a low level.
