Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i bought this Airtel SIM 9789557011 for my work from home option. Network is really poor and sometime is dead. Location : Soliyanur, Moolakaadu Post, Dharmapuri Dist 636352. Very Poor quality signal. I am damn disappointed.

So frustrated with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . It’s impossible to speak to someone and even more impossible to raise a complaint for someone else’s mobile. The system just assumes that the complaint is for your own number. Amazing new age customer service in 2022!
