    Hey @airtelindia, I’m travelling & needed urgent data. Recharged today at 4:36 PM, but terms were so misleading I had to pay again just to get internet. Customer care says data will hit "later"—what good is that when I’m on the road right now?

    @indian_youth67 @airtelindia 2km is too much for airwaves you can get on terrace or in outdoors but indoors signals won't penetrate inside rooms with this much distance possibly they shouldn't have deployed low frequency bands on nearby tower that's why it's showing no signal.

    Hi @airtelindia , Can you guide me on how to recharge my main balance with ₹20 using your app or website? Also, can you clarify whether @TRAI permits you to repeatedly call prepaid users from multiple 10-digit third-party agent numbers to remind them to recharge, even when they intentionally do not want to recharge and only wish to keep their number active with a ₹20 main balance? If a user is registered under DND, why are complaints about such calls being closed as "service in nature"? *** Could you please explain this publicly here on X, as the clarification would be useful for everyone? ***

    @airtelindia I was following up to check the feasibility of network speed at my home. The local team is very arrogant and is asking for 1,500/- for the first-time installation, even though Airtel states it's free with 6 months of payment. This is how the service system works.
