@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Had complained to Airtel about WiFi internet service down at 6.30 AM IST. A service engineer visited my place and directed his infra team to repair the cable cut by monkeys outside the house. But till now, no one else came to repair. UNACCEPTABLE!

@airtelindia Hey team, facing issue with airtel for a month now. Customer executives tell it'll be resolved in 10 days but no change. Cannot use VoLTE/Wifi calling. It's irritating. Let me know if you need the ticket details and number. I can send a DM. Please have a look

Airtel agent called me for CLCNF3EST20210203850366 and says they can take as many days as they can to resolve the issue and customer has to pay for the service even he never use service.They can disrupt service whenever they can, you have to pay without using service @airtelindia
