    @reliancejio really fed up wid d lacklustre services & frequent Internet outages of Jio fibre here.. While d previous issue took 3 days for resolution, we r again back to square one with d same issue.. Wonder if @airtelindia wud hv been better than @reliancejio

    @airtelindia your service is becoming worst and worst. Service engg cannot upgrade an set top box for past 3 days. You company only entertains customer when he is joining uske baad you don't care if he has some issue.

    It seems @airtelindia has intentionally updated the router firmware remotely which now prevents your 2.4 GHz WiFi to deliver speed greater than 50mbps but only 5Ghz WiFi (which has a short coverage) delivers it. This short range issue can be sorted by paying 99₹/m for (contd..)

    @airtelindia After you have rolled out 5g. 4g network became so poor. We are unable to get internet throughout the day. I'm in bangalore. I'm facing lot of issues. Kindly resolve the issue.

    @airtelindia i am facing coverage issues & frequent call drops are happening. Tried to raise complaint multiple times via thanks app but they get closed after few days , I even tried to deny the resolution by replying option 2, but that didn’t solve my problem.#airtelthanks
