    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service! Paid ₹3600 for new Airtel DTH on April 18 (Req ID: A09YE5K542R) but still NO installation after 10 days. Customer care keeps “escalating” with no action. Technician not responding at all. Is this how you treat new customers?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Vir_Inder_Nath - Hi I’ve raised request on 22nd April 26 (SR - 1-1XEGXLES). This should be resolved by 24th April, but I’m still facing the issue. This is very very annoying and was not expected from a global company

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Recharging for 4999 is not a small amount, but service and response to resolve the issue is terrible process by @airtelindia . Many of my friends facing the same issue. #terribleairtel

    @airtelindia @AirtelIndia Extremely disappointed with your service. It’s been 10 days and my WiFi is still not working due to a broken wire and damaged router. No resolution yet. Engineer Chintu Kumar has been misleading us repeatedly. Ticket ID: 11029201439. Resolve this ASAP

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor network and internet connectivity in my area for a long time. Indoor calls barely connect and mobile data is very slow even outdoors. multiple emails has been sent but haven’t received any solution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews If you are unable to resolve the customer issues, what is the point to maintain the airtel services close the complete network. Why are you running the Airtel network with Many frauds. This is not acceptable.

    @airtelindia Worst service provider you can contact them only for a new connection. They will fall behind you to take the connection but once you take it no one responds.
