    Biggest mistake was choosing Jio over @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Airtel actually respects customer uptime. If a technician isn’t at my doorstep tomorrow morning to fix SR000037DBEP, consider this my official notice of cancellation.

    @airtelindia what scam are you all running ? The post paid 5g just does not work. Even short format videos buffer and sessions are interrupted like anything. On the same phone if I switch to Jio prepaid. It works fine . Your post paid is more expensive and simply doesn't work.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am facing call failure, one sided voice, calls not connecting and many other issues on all 5 phone numbers in the family. I have raised complaints via airtel thanks app many times but still no solution for it. Shame on your services

    Finally today they have canceled my connection (as per my final request). Never ever i am gonna suggest @airtelindia wifi to anybody. Such a pathetic customer service. Fully disappointed

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel TV/IPTV is not working for 5 days. Complaint Ref. No. 656588887 is raised, but no technician has visited yet. Please resolve this urgently. Raised multiple complaints. I am disconnecting the service today. @TRAI
