@asxna @airtelindia specifically Airtel Black. Normal Airtel, might not be that good in customer service, but Airtel Black, definitely is the best. Get connected in under 1 minute. Dedicated relationship team helps and they do regular follow up.

Absolutely poor service from @airtelindia at Gowlidoddy area, Hyderabad. No one takes the call, you can't raise a ticket and a technician is sent after 15 ppl make 150 calls to people at different levels in the org! Highly disappointed! #AirtelDown #airtelloot
