    @airtelindia 198 doesn't work, pressing keys everytime but it doesn't respond and its very hard to contact cce for complain. If it's a complain helpline make it complain only doesn't force people to hear the balance and all. At last it doesn't work like your pathetic internet service.

    After selecting Marathi as IVR language why call was transfer to hindi customer care on @airtelindia and @reliancejio its is very difficult to communicate. can you please take a not @irdaindia
