    @airtelindia I think @TRAI or whatever body is regulating should strictly scrutinize the ground reality of users. They can simply check how much fluctuations people face while using the network for calling or data. Im paying 3-4 times for the service I'm getting, now they want us to pay more

    @airtelindia i have paid 200 rs 4 days ago to confirm a new dth connection and I haven't been contacted by any technician. There is no way to raise a complaint in your 121 helpline nor any request update in airtel app. I booked through customer care help line.
