    @airtelindia airtel app shows home delivery of SIM card and the card did not turn up after ordering twice. Airtel help line does now know which dealer to contact and dealer says home delivery of app has been discontinued.Pse check and revert back.

    @DoT_India @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Pathetic service by Airtel in pin 496665. Forget '4g', Airtel cannot even provide decent 3g network speed here. Signal comes and goes anytime. Facing call drop and network drop issues because of this which is impacting WFH. Frustrated.

    This is regarding the Airtel request number 10027323362 which was being lodged on 30/03 regarding shifting of my broadband to my new address. It has been 5 days and still waiting. No response from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI. Pathetic service for Airtel Black customers.

    @upasanapanjla My broadband is not working since 29th of March. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there is no solution, no commitment towards customer satisfaction. We have lost trust in airte which was once the best service provider.
