    @Airtel_Presence My WiFi has been down for 2 days. Multiple calls made, but the issue is still unresolved. The assigned technician isn’t responding properly and keeps delaying the visit. Please resolve this urgently and share the ticket status. Very disappointed. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Intermet is down from last 24hrs and customer service not escalating problem making excuse,,, very pathetic response... Jio is better.. services...062131163264 this is id and falsr statement worst... Leave Airtel campaign... . Customer care worst..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence All requested details were shared via DM hours ago. My Airtel Wi-Fi still does not work with VPN, and there has been no meaningful progress. Half the day has been wasted waiting for support. This issue appears to occur repeatedly. Why is there no permanent fix
