    @AmanTheKulkarni @airtelindia I know… the worst thing is that they scheduled a call with me for 7:30 to provide me a solution and I’m still waiting. When I called them to enquire, the new representative said it’s a TAT of 24hrs. It’s a pathetic customer service experience of @airtelindia #Airtel

    Is there any broadband provider customer support worse than @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - frequent disruptions - takes 3 days to resolve - if another immediate disruption post resolution, request can’t be raised on App - no one picks up on customer care

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia dont disturb me, don't call me. I will not pay single Paisa which was charged by u. My last 3 complaints was closed at ur end without any resolution. Do needful then call me for payment of bill. If its not done then I will purchase new 1. #Poor

    @airtelindia It has been 2 days since the internet is down. When i call the customer service, they keep telling it will be done in 2 hours and when I call them after the specified time, they add 3 hours to it. They call it unplanned outage. I need proper response or solution.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Again 2nd day. my internet is not working for 15 days out of 20 days. Everytime i need to follow. Nothing from Airtel side. Irresponsible idiots. Very worst. People think this and pls don't go for Airtel. Im moving to other network.

    As I came to know today, @airtelindia doesn’t support eSim transfer to new #iPhone14ProMax. Reason given by team is that people are importing it and hence it’s not supported out of the box. Still waiting for the scheduled call with their team. Not at all a satisfactory service.
