@airtelindia They keep telling me that they will call back but nobody calls back. If I ask to speak to the supervisor, the supervisor is never available. And I am continuing to pay separate bills despite having a family plan. System is not allowing is your excuse to extract money

@airtelindia Your family plans suck; can't add 3rd number to 999 family plan which should allow 4 numbers. Your customer care has no clue why and how to fix it. All they keep asking me is to pay advance on my number. Paid 600 since 20 days when I raised request in addition to 999
