@airtelindia what happened to your services? I ported my number to Airtel for better call quality and within 2 months of service I'm fed up with call drops. Complained but no results. Even customer care is not available. What to do? Port in some other network is only solution?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have you outsourced your "retention team" and given them targets? I got my broadband connection disconnected and getting calls DAILY from the said team asking the SAME QUESTIONS again and again. I had to block 7303371626. Fix your process!!

@airtelindia Day by day, I am loosing confidence in Airtel. I tried recharge - first by Airtel Payment which was failed second by Amazon, which was a success. When I called to 400 customer care for failed trans, I got response that the last recharge was done before 3 Months.
