    Hello @airtelindia did I make a mistake by installing your internet? You charge the full amount, but the internet only works for ten days a month. Your service is the worst. You don't have a customer care number, where you can talk. Wireless service is zero in my Gurgaon.

    @airtelindia My Airtel Wi-Fi installation was scheduled for today, but the technician never came and didn’t answer calls. Now it has been pushed by 2 days, and the new technician is also not answering. Please escalate and arrange installation today. Account number: 20052055343

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Other companies solved my issues in days. With Airtel 4+ months and still no fix. Complaints closed, data wasted, calls dropping. Recharge expires by 1 day and service stops instantly, but customers wait months for network issues to be fixed. Why?

    Yesterday night, I experienced the effect of @airtelindia's priority network. Earlier, my Airtel 5G speed used to exceed 350+ Mbps, but last night it couldn't even cross 12 Mbps. Looking for an alternative network. @ViCustomerCare #Vi

    I have been customer of @airtelindia for like 12 years now. I have user their all sorts of services such as prepaid, postpaid, broadband and now I’m seriously planning to move away from it at any cost. Not just me a lot of people in my circle are having serious issues

    @airtelindia Pathetic state of affairs for getting broadband connection. 5 times rescheduled. Engineer doesn't pick call nor calls back. Sales person says "engineer doesn't pick my call too" The app chatbot is a joke. Doesn't have this section. Of zero help. Doesn't have a customer service number. If you can't get it done today, please refund me. Promised since Sat. order ID 21-170830529617
