    @airtelindia Its been 5 days since the post, and all @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia did was, send a few messages saying "we are looking into your issue" that's it. No resolution, No solution. This is how stoop airtel has really gone. Fake ads and fake promises.

    @airtelindia For the last 5 days I have been unable to use the internet. There is only one option of using the internet is to call someone then only I can use it. Why I have paid 1029 Rs. For the last 5 days your customer support keeps telling me that in 4 hours it will work.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have disconnected my WiFi long back and returned the WiFi device. Why do you keep arranging pickups inspite of returning the device. You don’t even have a proper customer care to talk to
