They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

    Airtel Network is biggest problem in our area ( Jitwarpur , 841219) problems are going on . If airtel doesn't improve our network then 2k customer will be shifted in Jio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The shared location... From last 2 days we are unable to operate Airtel net.. Tower level showing very well..but net is very slow... Including mine others have same issue Like 1 KB/s. I request the concern authority please look into the matter.

    @JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.
