    I was excited to hear unlimited 5g but since the day @airtelindia announced unlimited 5G I stopped getting 5G network.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think Airtel improvement of network is going through out the year, each day & each moment. That's why users can't get error free network. Always facing internet issues, call drop etc. Simply get tried by giving huge number of complains. Shame shame

    Frustrated with @airtelindia For the last 3 days, I've called customer care 5-6 times about my unlimited plan I'm paying premium but getting 0 benefits and suddenly no network coverage in the same place acc to cc ( still getting Priority 5g ) where it used to work fine Every single time they give the same useless replies: Restart your phone Toggle 5G Team is working on it This is the last time, no more issues Just wait 4 hours It's the same script on loop Why not replace these agents with Al that actually understands the problem? And Airtel india doesn't seem interested in actually resolving the issue at all, so what’s is the point of paying extra for unlimited 5g? Anyone else facing this? #airtel #airtelindia

    @cneuralnetwork I've never used a brand after that experience, i still use local Wi-Fi vendors atleast they respond within 24 hours. @airtelindia is a shameless company and they don't even care about it.

    @airtelindia Airtel network sucks here in Hoshiarpur Very unstable network Internet works very sloppy and it just does not work anymore from 3-4 days It is just not working....

    @airtelindia Every month you disconnect internet for 4 or 5 days which is not fair. Your service person also takes his own sweet time resolve thinking every airtel user will be sitting at home 24/7 till the wifi isssue is resolved

    @airtelindia Stop using AI as an excuse to eliminate actual customer support. Automation is useful only when it solves problems. When it traps customers in endless loops while the service remains broken, it is just deliberate obstruction. @airtelindia

    Has anyone tried to get any service from @airtelindia ? They have zero customer service when you have an issue and every time I try to close my account, they just put me on hold for 40 mins and then disconnect the call.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's high time you have an open transparent ticketing portal that's visible to customers. Otherwise, we keep raising issues but you don't even understand the issue. Also, few of your routers have software bugs and you act like you don't care.
