    @airtelindia @VittalGopal (2) I called your cust. care on this issue everyday for the last 30 days to check on the issue,they have closed the ticket themselves without even providing a resolution to the issue. It is humiliating that a technical issue is taking this long to fix.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I was sold Airtel Black Plan by your Sales Exec claiming 1 Month Free along with dth which has 1 Month Free too.I got a bill of Rs 1026 despite plan being free for 1 month. No resolution from your Customer Care.Resolve asap or face consumer court. Pathetic service
