    I am really disappointed with your service when I am joining the postpaid service you said you will give vip service and you are saying to wait for 20 days just for I am getting E sign in in my Mobile phone @airtelindia

    My Airtel fibre internet has been down since January 17 at 9 am, or for almost 56 hours.  Made a request and called a supervisor,tech support, and Airtel.  There is no appropriate reaction.  No one is receiving calls, and a group of amateurs are running Airtel. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @JioCare there is no network in our homes. We have to go on road to call someone. No service and only @ViCustomerCare works in our area. Please do something about it as we are facing a lot of problems daily in our job and daily life.
