@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think Airtel improvement of network is going through out the year, each day & each moment. That's why users can't get error free network. Always facing internet issues, call drop etc. Simply get tried by giving huge number of complains. Shame shame

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Installing 5G boxes and cables on electric poles in Dilshadnagar Colony Mehdipatnam is not acceptable and may cause disruption in power supply.Please I need confirmation in writing that if any issue happens you are responsible and will rectify it.

@airtelindia I have been experiencing the worst internet connectivity issue for the last 3-4 days and did not get any help from your ivr or chat bots. Do you know what is worse than this ? When I call customer care, it says 5g is now available. I request you maintain the 4g well.

@airtelindia This is a serious issue and I need answer immediately. 1.I did a top up worth 19 rs - 1Gb didn't receive the data. 2.I did a top up worth 181 rs that too is not showing in my balance I am not able to use that data. This is fraud!! I need solution within 2 days.
