    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think Airtel improvement of network is going through out the year, each day & each moment. That's why users can't get error free network. Always facing internet issues, call drop etc. Simply get tried by giving huge number of complains. Shame shame

    @airtelindia you guys have become such a big scam company now. I have been your broadband customer for a long time & after using that for a long time i finally opt in for a yearly plan and paid in one time via your app & within a first biling cycle you guys are asking for more.

    @airtelindia @AirtelXtream i am a Chennai Customer and i have given a request for Shifting my Wi-Fi connection on June 6th, it should have been completed in 24-48 hours as per the airtel website. It’s now 7 DAYS! I STILL haven’t received any assigned technician, no msg or call!

    @airtelindia Extremely disappointed with the relocation service. I was given a relocation slot between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM, but no one contacted me. Customer care couldn’t provide any update and eventually disconnected the call. I have to vacate my room today. @AirtelWiFi143

    @airtelindia Pathetic service these days - no one picks up the call center 121 number Facing internet issues and have tried self service but nothing changes .. not sure whom to speak to @airtelindia

    Plot twist: Raised a complaint 4 days ago. Silence. Enquired about a new connection today. Phone rang within 3 hours. Looks like "new customers" have priority over "existing ones." Interesting business model. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @bhartiairtelfdn
