    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think Airtel improvement of network is going through out the year, each day & each moment. That's why users can't get error free network. Always facing internet issues, call drop etc. Simply get tried by giving huge number of complains. Shame shame

    I was excited to hear unlimited 5g but since the day @airtelindia announced unlimited 5G I stopped getting 5G network.

    Shameless @airtelindia let's me choose Marathi via IVR, but always assigns me Hindi Customer service representative. The customer service of this company is already in shambles, and the representatives only read out the script forwarded to them without understanding the issue.

    Booked a service request with Airtel DTH and selected the preferred time slot, but nobody contacted or visited on time. Service Request No. 656536923 is still unresolved. Airtel doesn’t even follow its own committed timing. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional @airtelindia

    Same experienced. Closed 2 @JioCare wifi connections and switched to @airtelindia wifi. No issues so far

    Dear @airtelindia, referring to my previous tweet, the technician had come to my home at around 6 in the evening yesterday & he did bring back the connectivity which lasted for 5 mins & said the issue originated from the fatbox. This is the third day & my wifi is still down.
