@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think Airtel improvement of network is going through out the year, each day & each moment. That's why users can't get error free network. Always facing internet issues, call drop etc. Simply get tried by giving huge number of complains. Shame shame

This is the speed I'm getting every night. Even reporting it everyday I'm yet to find any solution. And all this is despite having a 40mbps connection. Services are getting pathetic and if not fixed in next few days I'm gonna surrender my connection before next billing cycle. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  • harshp2910
    H.A.R.S.H (@harshp2910) reported

@airtelindia Now, instead of resolving it, I'm being asked to wait another 24–48 hours for an update. How many deadlines does a customer have to hear before Airtel actually takes responsibility? Your internal ground-team coordination is not my problem. @airtelpresence

    Rajendar Reddy (@chrajendarreddy) reported

@TRAI @DoT_India @airtelindia — A question from a consumer, viewed through an impact-assessment lens: Should telecom QoS be assessed only by network parameters and complaint-closure statistics, or should we also consider the real-world impact of persistently poor/unstable connectivity on consumers? My experience with operators involved repeated 4G/5G inconsistencies at the same premises, multiple tests, G-Net coordinates, repeated information requests and complaints being marked “resolved” while the underlying experience continued. There is another dimension worth examining. Weak/unstable cellular connectivity can make a handset work harder to maintain connectivity, increasing energy consumption. At an individual level this may be small; at population scale, however, any systematic increase in device energy consumption represents additional electricity demand and potentially an environmental footprint. I am not suggesting that this impact has already been quantified or that it should automatically be attributed to a particular operator. I am asking whether it should be studied. TRAI is already assessing mobile network quality across locations and publishing QoS performance. Could future QoS assessment consider not only network availability and speed, but also actual customer experience, complaint-resolution effectiveness, premature closures and—where scientifically measurable—the wider energy implications of persistently poor connectivity? A network should ultimately be evaluated by the quality of service actually experienced by the consumer—not merely by whether the network exists or the complaint is marked closed.

How does @airtelindia give a 15-day resolution date (10-09-2026) for a 5-day trip? Ticket: CCNOR3EST20260826708901 Total service failure in Nepal. Refund ₹1,298 immediately. @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India

  • kptwts

@airtelindia facing extremely slow speeds, buffering, and failed page loads. If there are hidden limits, fair-usage restrictions, or any condition under which “unlimited” data gets restricted, customers should be clearly informed before purchasing the plan.

I have a similar predicament. Been using @airtelindia since 12+ yrs and never has it been so bad. The signal drops to 1 bar or zero and then picks up to 3 bars. Installed Airtel airfiber to have better internet atleast but it's a scam. It uses the same tower and signal strength and hence the same disconnectivity. Voice calls get dropped or cut or even worse has voice flickering. All this is at my workplace and I can hardly get any work done.
