    I was excited to hear unlimited 5g but since the day @airtelindia announced unlimited 5G I stopped getting 5G network.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think Airtel improvement of network is going through out the year, each day & each moment. That's why users can't get error free network. Always facing internet issues, call drop etc. Simply get tried by giving huge number of complains. Shame shame

    @AirtelNigeria @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have paid the amount yesterday morning for Airtel Wifi Connection. Sales person has promised the Installation in an hour. But it has not installed and Airtel is not cancelling and returning my money. Worse service & money extortion.

    @hellochaitu @airtelindia You call customer care and tranfer that recharge to another number or leave as it is once the current pack expire, it will auto renew.

    I use @reliancejio for 8Years still getting worst Experience Issue 👇 Accidentally recharged with Wrong Plan and when I am going to cancel and Reverse the plan they are saying not Eligible 😡 Nice #scammer Time to switch @airtelindia i am already using Wifi of Airtel

    @airtelindia Very disappointed with Airtel service. Gave the correct address multiple times over the call but the executive updated it wrongly. Because of Airtel’s error my WiFi shifting got delayed again today. App doesn’t work properly, and customer support can’t follow basic instructions.

    2 days have passed since my complaint regarding the encrypted Xstream box & non-functional services, yet NO resolution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Only receiving phone calls with false assurances. A very sorry state of affairs for an Airtel Black customer since day 1!

    Wanted confirmation of my IR pack activated as i received no email. As per support only way to get a 'proof ' is to check invoice that will be generated next month! So a customer can't get a simple summary of services activated till they get a bill? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Hey @airtelindia please do NOT call me daily to provide offers to activate my inactive wifi connection. I will activate when the time is right. I have activated DND and also insisted multiple of your agents to not call or email me regarding one out of the two existing wifi connections of mine. Still i keep on receiving multiple calls a day from different numbers even after blocking so many of them. If you guys keep on disturbing me, i will make sure to get both of my wifi connections removed including the 2 other postpaid mobile phone connections and switch to a different network provider.
