@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think Airtel improvement of network is going through out the year, each day & each moment. That's why users can't get error free network. Always facing internet issues, call drop etc. Simply get tried by giving huge number of complains. Shame shame

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence in the name of Airtel black you are just selling your D2H box to customer and saying your xtream box makes normal TV to smart, once I paid for it now you team is saying TV are not supported. Is there any one statement which can be trusted?

@airtelindia Plz start working on customer feedback on priority otherwise you may also face tough time in terms of retaining ur customer. I enter DTH cust ID and ur IVR tells me my prepaid balance instead of telling my DTH balance. Very hard 2 connect with ur live agent.1/2

Apparently @airtelindia charges customer for broadband they haven’t been using for months. They upgrade plans on their own, fix a new modem on their own and forget to disconnect the earlier connection and charge for it. Later try to negotiate over the bill. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia worst services ever , 1st you cancelled my connection without any reason , then took a week to resume connection ,after recharge its more than 24 hours your team is still working on my issue .It said it will start in 12 hours more than a day passed .
