Pathetic service and no accountability. The customer care number is a joke. It will not allow you to talk to the agent. Even the chat bot is a scam.

Calls frequently drop, voice quality is inconsistent, and mobile internet is very slow or stops working altogether. This has been affecting daily communication and work.
