    @airtelindia Malpractice of taking customer money, unless they raised the issue is continuing- even when SR can clearly says that its not fixed. Plus, if I don't give OTP for reschedule, they will close the ticket in background. Strange customer service!!

    @airtelindia do u have a way to talk to person. Ur IVR doesn't have option to resolve my query and ur stupid chatbot doesn't understand the query. @Airtel_Presence Don't know why all the companies r using these so called AI chatbot that simply cannot answer customer queries

    Day 5 of suffering from @airtelindia unlimited 5g fraud. #5Gfraud from airtel. This is happening when my exam is happening. You can't talk to customer care anymore, cuz airtel set ai their. We only get stupid response from airtel in "X" dm.

    @airtelindia has charged us for almost INR 3000 extra on international roaming calls on a day and time when we were in a flight and when you talk to support they just repeat a written script....where do you go to complain for this ?
