    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I think Airtel improvement of network is going through out the year, each day & each moment. That's why users can't get error free network. Always facing internet issues, call drop etc. Simply get tried by giving huge number of complains. Shame shame

    @airtelindia Hi Airtel Team , I have been chasing your customer care team for an eSIM as I my mobile was stolen in London. Customer care team has not sent me eSIM yet, very pathetic and slow service . This is just not acceptable. Can this be looked into and sorted out

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia You can shove your apologies up yours. You have taken 4 days to resolve a problem after multiple failed commitments and you do not agree to discount the days from the next bill. I am not paying the bill and you can disconnect your services.

    Dear @airtelindia I have sent complaint emails on 'wecare, 121, nodal' on my SIM issue but not received a reply. I currently reside out of India and helpless in my issue. Have also contacted the Airtel offices in Junagadh, Gujarat to discuss but no response from airtel !

    @airtelindia spent 30 minutes to get mobile number ported from VI to airtel. Three customer care agents kept on transferring my calls to IVR. Agent Mudassar could not even speak English and was rude. Third agent decided to stop speaking. PATHETIC CUSTOMER CARE. @Airtel_Presence

    It was an introduction for me to jio but now i feel @airtelindia fiber was far better than @reliancejio fibernet. Iam so much pissed by tour team as to how can someone have so much relaxing job & over that after repeated complaints i get stupid messages showing false commitments
