    @airtelindia sir this is the 3rd time am complaining on network issue but there is no single response and resolution from you worst network in India my location shared with you if able to do anything thing for the customer you can or else will port to another network

    I called @airtelindia customer care again and checked. They say this charge is for all and it was a misinformation which actually makes this upgrade/sale invalid. But they say they can't downgrade back and this charge won't go back even if I cancel the services.

    @airtelindia Why there's a network issue in my area during the night time. The network speed keeps dropping and I can't even view or send a sticker in whatsapp.Please answer the reason behind it cause I am really frustrated with it.

    I even have the call recordings where the agent is pathetically limited to just say pacifying statements which makes nothing for a customer who is affected. Dear @airtelindia I made a very bad mistake of selecting you and I'm gonna pay 1500 for doing that mistake. Thanks a lot

    Though the customer service said its not possible to upgrade immediately & I've a 30 days waiting period in the new 1999 bundle. Though it was part lie, I accepted it & waited. After 30th day I called & enquired about the Xtream box. 1st @airtelindia agent said there will charges
