Am in process of getting the conversation converted to video so that everyone can understand.

    @airtelindia purchased ur new sim, even after paying the charges, yet the sim is not active. While I make the call for verification, m asked for 5 digits OTP, which i never received on alternative no provided. Good jokes

    @ACTFibernet this is worst network I've ever seen. Even the local player like BBNL is far better. I raised ticket for slow speed (i get just 15 mbps speed vs the plan I applied for 200 mbps) you guys are closing the ticket without actually resolving it. Need help @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia while talking to your customer support executive signals are not coming and you need money. We have different options as well. Do you wishto loose 4 customer then kindly tell me. I may go for port option.

    @airtelindia we understand that in these tough times you cannot have more number of employees, but trust me your care centers are pathetic, no proper management and precautions. Why don't u solve all our problems, online. For migration I had to come and wait for an hour.
