    Hi @airtelindia I and my all family member have ported out from jio thinking your service is better. But it was biggest mistake. Call drop, unclear voice call, worst internet. Not in one place but every where. Don’t know what @TRAI is doing for customers?

    @airtelindia There has been a service outage in Faridabad Sector 45 since 6 PM yesterday, and there has been no update regarding the resolution. How do you expect people working from home to function without internet—an essential service—for more than 12 hours?

    Stayed home and wasted 2 full days because of repeated false commitments from Airtel customer care. Pathetic service & zero accountability after payment is collected. Would honestly recommend Jio over Airtel, at least Jio completes installations the same day. @airtelindia

    Dear @airtelindia Worst wifi service and wifi net speed i have ever experienced, despite complaining no engineer visited and problem marked solved on the app without taking any feedback,I want disconnection and refund if u can't take responsibility for your poor wifi service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence stop spreading false information to customers. Your representatives are claiming my last recharge was on 08 December 2025, while I clearly recharged my number with ₹349 on 20 February 2026. I even have the payment proof. Why are your staff lying again and again instead of solving the issue properly? Completely frustrating and pathetic customer support. Fix this nonsense and reactivate my number immediately.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence #BanAirtelBlackConnection worst service no response from customer care, everytime when i call one new person is lifting and i have to explain same cokplaint again and again they are adking they will arrange call back in 4 hrs but its not done

    @airtelindia network of yours has become little weak in mumbai now a days-lot of Disconnection. Track my phone history for further info. Don’t ask me which location it’s all over mumbai.
