    @airtelindia @nakulgrover11 Same story here — wrong bills, zero response, @airtelindia has become the definition of unaccountable. This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    I have been using @airtelindia from past 10 years and now iam airtel black customer Just to tell your services is getting pathetic day by day , customer care doesn’t even care to respond in complaints. What the hell happened @airtelindia ?

    7 days out of the last 9 days there is no internet from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is daylight robbery. Just dropping a message every morning that Airtel will be down for 6 hours & getting lost. While customers pay full price for the internet. This is scam. Refund the last bill to me. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia My wifi not working from 27.04.2026 and not able to lodge complaint in Mumbai. When called customer care, I was on call for almost an hour just to raise disconnect issue. Pathetic @airtelindia
