    @airtelindia this is extremely irresponsible of you tht no one comes ahead to talk to take responsibility tht work wil be done in a proper way n now no **** behaviour will happen! It’s same regular below average behaviour n response If u respect your customer thn act accordingly.

    @airtelindia paying you for 5G network, Internet speed is below 3G in most of the places in the city like BLR. There is no regulations from @TRAI on this.. it could be same for other network also. Why take money for 5G and not give proper coverage and quality speed ?

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence As you have not able to meet the resolution timelines(2, 4 and then again 4 hours) and no response from your local engineer/technician. I would like to close airtel connection and request for refund. SR - 11032107204 Duration of outage - 30 hrs

My work is suffering because of your poor service and lack of accountability. How much longer are customers expected to wait? @Airtel_Presence

    Paid for a new One Airtel connection on June 3rd, but zero progress since. Order ID: E5PVGJDYNA. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia either get an agent assigned to complete this setup today, or cancel the order immediately and issue a full refund. This delay is unacceptable.
