    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What needs to be done to talk to talk to your customer care person? Your customer care number has just IVR and no real person to talk. How does an IVR know what is the exact issue? Your airtel thanks app is also ****.

    @airtelindia I am using airtel past 5 to 6 years , but last 4 days sim showing problem outgoing and incoming call not happened and some time showing network error. Now how can I solve this issue , I am not connecting with helpline becz of sim problem. Pls help

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is network issue in western Uttar Pradesh village areas in the evening from last 2 months. We are paying or buying same amount of subscription or recharges as your Urban customers purchasing. Can you please look into this and resolve it??
