    @airtelindia I've been your WiFi customer for 5+ years, but the recent experience has been very disappointing. Integrating AI into customer service needs to be done carefully — what's been rolled out feels like sheer stupidity and will drive customer churn if not fixed.

    Reply publicly within minutes asking me to DM my number, then completely disappear after I do. No update. No resolution. No accountability. The network keeps dropping for 5–10 minutes every few hours, and now even customer support has vanished. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I'm an active postpaid user and having wifi also in our house, the network is soo bad, 1. wifi gets disrupted once in every week. 2. Mobile data is very very bad. Worst service, Area: rose cross 3, Whitefield, Bangalore

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you have the worst customer support service . My broadband connection has not been working for last 3 days and since then you have just been reassigning my complaint to executives who say it is not their “ area”. call center is absolutely pathetic.

    @airtelindia worst customer support that I've ever seen. Still no followup to my earlier grievance. With these level of poor service how can somebody keep having your Postpaid sim and pay ₹530 every month. Internet connectivity feels like I'm using a 3G sim.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with your customer support and resolution team. My Airtel Wifi is not working for almost a week now. Been calling and following up everyday and no resolution till now. Do we switch to Jio ?
