    Quite typical of @Airtel_Presence to make a billing error and then arbitrally close a support ticket without any resolution to the problem raised. Now I have to "raise an appeal" by calling another number. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I bought a Airtel xtream connection. Your service provider said that you are providing 40mps speed unbeatable from other. But I don't find anything like that. I feel cheated regarding speed. Help me out . I want to know real speed check by your side at my site.

    Terrible service by @airtelindia , @Airtel_Presence . Ordered a mesh in early December 2022 (paid deposit as well) and have been following up since then, but there has been no update at all. All my complaints are auto-closed. Very unprofessional.

    @airtelindia I’ve never seen fraud like you, I requested for Airtel stream Fiber but I got copper connection and airtel sales team gave me false commitment. So I want to disconnect this service and want refund for it

    @airtelindia first of all ur customer care service is pathetic. Called them ten times to disconnect my simcard. First they told to call from other no apart from airtel no. I tried calling again and again they said to visit airtel store . @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews
