And on that useless Airtel Thanks app, if you open the help section, it starts showing ads for Airtel Payments Bank. After a lot of struggle, I managed to open a ticket in the app today (on the 2nd), and they say it will be resolved by the 7th. Nowadays nothing works without OTP, and suddenly the SIM signal has disappeared. There’s no way to reach a customer representative. It’s been more than fifteen years with Airtel postpaid, but the condition of Airtel now has never been this bad. कोई कुछ मदद कर सकता है तो अर्जेंट कर दो भाई? या पोर्ट आउट करवाना है तो साफ साफ बता दो पर इस तरह टॉर्चर मत करो
