    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a ridiculous service! I did port my number from vodafone and took 1 home plan. Your executives Keyur Pandya and Neha were laughing on me while explaining the issue. They sold me false committment. Billing cycle started but no technician. WOW!

    Spoke to 3 supervisors and still no solution .. spoke to last Supervisor named Risha Kaushar .. who is absolutely bad at customer service . wanted to speak to her Supervisor but she did not let me and kept on arguing for 30-40 mins then I had to disconnect @airtelindia Atrocious

    @airtelindia Please train your customer support team. One person come to my home at early hours for address verification (for GOG related plans) and behaves very rudely. This is not the way to treat your customers!

    24 hours @airtelindia Still Home Broadband is down ..just one service call without any assurance and no engineer visit till now .. will switch to Other provider tomorrow .. Disgusting service

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I raised a complaint about my Dth not working. The person came after 10 days of complaint that too without a mask. I asked him to come back with a mask. He went away and resolved a complaint without doing anything. Disappointed Pathetic
