Want to know if a resolution is provided or if can I just throw out the modem. This is my worst experience with broadband.

Half of the times your systems are down & rest of the time after waiting for 10-15min get msg that all executives are buzy. Call later. My DTH not working for over a month now. Either fix it or take the box away
