    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 3 months back port into Airtel postpaid from Vodafone, due to bad network connectivity and customer support, But now regretting bcoz Airtel is even worst in network connectivity and customer support.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what a ridiculous service! I did port my number from vodafone and took 1 home plan. Your executives Keyur Pandya and Neha were laughing on me while explaining the issue. They sold me false committment. Billing cycle started but no technician. WOW!

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I raised a complaint about my Dth not working. The person came after 10 days of complaint that too without a mask. I asked him to come back with a mask. He went away and resolved a complaint without doing anything. Disappointed Pathetic

    @airtelindia Please train your customer support team. One person come to my home at early hours for address verification (for GOG related plans) and behaves very rudely. This is not the way to treat your customers!
