Terrible experience with @airtelindia. Tried converting my prepaid connection to postpaid (so-called superior service) and my number gets "suspended". Even got a new sim from my home Rajasthan circle still the delhi store of @airtelindia is clueless of what to do.

@airtelindia Even after repeatedly reaching out to customer care and requesting to take up issue on priority the problem is still persistent and now the internet has stopped completely stopped because the person who came has hard reset the modem and was unable to reconfigure it.
