    Pathetic services @airtelindia ....my internet is not working for 2 days. The last service guy visited , didn't fix it and " resolved " the complaint. Now I have complained again and the date given to me is 2 days from now......is this how you treat your so called premium " BLACK " customers....?

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Absolute worst service! AirFiber connection damaged by your technician. App loops infinitely & helpline plays "system upgrade" messages. Today tech visited & killed the connection completely! 13 days, direct financial loss.Fix A/c 012220634036_wifi NOW!

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, whenever there is a power outage in my area, your network signal completely disappears or becomes extremely weak. Mobile data stops working. Please fix this backup issue! #Airtel #AirtelNetwork

    Problem of letting duopoly in telecom, you have players like @airtelindia - who lie shamelessly and give shittiest service. Have been registering complaint for bad network daily , every morning 7am I get text "we tried connecting you, since you didn't pick the call we have closed the ticket" Not a single miss call, this time I called the assigned mechanic bugger was sleeping still at 8 am and still that auto trigger sms. Totally hate thos duopolies of **** customer service
