    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Where is network I'm unable to get network at this place... There is only one tower in this area. Please do the needful. If u want plot for tower we have a plot so we can get proper network or I have to do MNP.

    Head I am the airtel's retailer and I have been bad with my area network from very day. I complain about this in my area of airtel in whatsaap group if any shopkeeper does TSM remove us from the group and we do not hear any problems.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

    The airtel network in our city is far worse than 20 days. Network of 2g is supporting I have been suffering for a long time. But no help. Talk to customer care, the head will be cured in two days as our network team is working here. Please correct the network soon.@airtelindia

    Issue was reported on 28 th June,2021 and there is no one who takes responsibility for airtel wireless broadband..I pay for 100 mbps and they find my just 40 mbps on 5ghz network too.. no response from these guys any other network conta @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia this is probably my final message for Airtel DTH service which is not working for past 7 days. Innumerable phone calls to 121 and vendor has yielded zilch support with no response, no commitment. Tk care Airtel 😕.. Well now have to find new service provider 🤔

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I migrated my plan to Airtel one two months back, but till now Xstream box is not provided. I have raised multiple complaints but they are closing without providing any resolution 31-3668611049879 complained even in customer support in Ayanavaram bra

    Nothing happened after mailing apellete authority , nodal officer. @airtelindia don’t give a damn about customers. Being a No. 1 company and having a no. of tech engineers , I am surprised to see they are not able to resolve an issue from 30 days #Airtel #CustomerExperience

    Your Bhubaneswar office telephone number 06746629000 not working. Registering on link sent turns out to be "Contact Us" and after multiple times of filling details no one responded. @airtelindia Unfortunately I have not seen a greater fraudster recommended by you.

    @airtelindia My broadband service hasn't been working for six days now. Everyday I call customer care and get a new ticket which gets auto closed.. Your service is a shame! My RMN is 9419052113.

    @airtelindia You had said that by July 8, our officers will solve your problem by contacting you, July 16 has been done, far from solving the problem, your officers have not contacted me till date. The network is bad for you as well as your service is very bad

    @airtelindia are masters at how to frustrate a customer. Going on 5 days to replace non-working SIM and still not done. Between Store, 121 & Enterprise teams all are simply passing the buck. Excuses: Need multiple documents! Manager is on leave! #TotalFail #FixYourProcess
