    The airtel network in our city is far worse than 20 days. Network of 2g is supporting I have been suffering for a long time. But no help. Talk to customer care, the head will be cured in two days as our network team is working here. Please correct the network soon.@airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Where is network I'm unable to get network at this place... There is only one tower in this area. Please do the needful. If u want plot for tower we have a plot so we can get proper network or I have to do MNP.

    @airtelindia 4G network is very poor at my location and it has been persistent problem since last 2 - 3 months. Inspite of several complaints nothing has changed and response thatcustomer care executives gave is "we are upgrading our network your problem will be solved asap. "

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence when will my issue get resolved? I am continuously reporting poor data speed in my locality. I got disconnected from Zoom meeting many times during class. Really it is getting worse! Please do something on ground rather replying in DM. @TRAI

    Head I am the airtel's retailer and I have been bad with my area network from very day. I complain about this in my area of airtel in whatsaap group if any shopkeeper does TSM remove us from the group and we do not hear any problems.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

    Okay so it's almost 3 months i tweeted about network issue i was having. Signal was smooth after complaint but since last month the network is even worse in the central area of the city. I want to get it resolved @ViCustomerCare otherwise this time i am gonna use @airtelindia

Everyone in our forum planning to change other services. Airtel now a days poor services and even they are not ready to address the issue also. Bad cust.servce

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dear Airtel Customer Support, I am writing to request for assistance regarding my recent transition from a prepaid connection to a postpaid plan. I had an active prepaid plan worth ₹3,500, which was valid for 365 days. At the time of switching to the postpaid connection, a significant portion of this plan was still unused. My understanding was that the remaining value or benefits of the prepaid plan would be adjusted or transferred to my new postpaid account. However, I would like confirmation on whether this transfer has been processed. If not, I kindly request you to initiate the transfer or provide an appropriate adjustment of the remaining prepaid balance into my postpaid plan.
