    @airtelindia 4G network is very poor at my location and it has been persistent problem since last 2 - 3 months. Inspite of several complaints nothing has changed and response thatcustomer care executives gave is "we are upgrading our network your problem will be solved asap. "

    Head I am the airtel's retailer and I have been bad with my area network from very day. I complain about this in my area of airtel in whatsaap group if any shopkeeper does TSM remove us from the group and we do not hear any problems.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it's been 2 months I have applied for airtel broadband in Mumbai and 'NO one cares for customer' and it's not surprising that #Airtel is facing losses in bottom line. Though infrastructure is laid but airtel failed to connect. #classiccaseoffailure

    @airtelindia is there anyway I can speak to a real human and not computer? There could be issues which are not listed on website or IVR. It is so frustrating. Can you provide a number where some real person can answer?

    @airtelnews, there is no response on complaint with @airtelindia. Even after 48 hours of porting to the Airtel Kerala zone, I am not able to make/receive calls or internet services on my Airtel number. @Airtel_Presence please check into it.

    @airtelindia I cancelled my broadband connection in October 2021 and cleared all outstanding but airtel is still generating bill for the broadband connection, never seen such kind of fraud by a telcom company. Airtel Delhi Nodal office and his team is involved in such fraud.
