    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Someone in Airtel seems to have decided to harass old post-paid customers out of the system! All customer service touchpoints are outsourced, so one can go chasing one's tail! India's mobile telephony has become a classic oligarchy @AshwiniVaishnaw

    Hi @airtelindia, broadband not working, and it seems there is no way to talk to your CC executive. Customer care number only throwing automated voice based on different option selection. Are you sensitive enough to atleast hear the customers?? Please help @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia Dear Customer, an overdue of Rs 588.43 is pending for payment on your Airtel Mobile. Please pay at the earliest for continued services. Airtel does not allow payment through any debit/credit card or Netbanking and forces you to use @Airtel_Presence @Airtelbank_
