The airtel network in our city is far worse than 20 days. Network of 2g is supporting I have been suffering for a long time. But no help. Talk to customer care, the head will be cured in two days as our network team is working here. Please correct the network soon.@airtelindia

Head I am the airtel's retailer and I have been bad with my area network from very day. I complain about this in my area of airtel in whatsaap group if any shopkeeper does TSM remove us from the group and we do not hear any problems.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

@airtelindia 4G network is very poor at my location and it has been persistent problem since last 2 - 3 months. Inspite of several complaints nothing has changed and response thatcustomer care executives gave is "we are upgrading our network your problem will be solved asap. "

@airtelindia I still don’t see any option to connect to your customer care either on 121 or 198, they are asking to raise ticket for everything through app but in app there is no such option. Can you please guide me to connect to your customer service???
