Head I am the airtel's retailer and I have been bad with my area network from very day. I complain about this in my area of airtel in whatsaap group if any shopkeeper does TSM remove us from the group and we do not hear any problems.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence I got hold of your cs rep. He advised that this applies to every customer like if they change the handset, the discount coupon becomes null and void. Thinking what advantage @airtelindia will get by restricting a client to old devices and give discount?🤔🤔
