The airtel network in our city is far worse than 20 days. Network of 2g is supporting I have been suffering for a long time. But no help. Talk to customer care, the head will be cured in two days as our network team is working here. Please correct the network soon.@airtelindia

Head I am the airtel's retailer and I have been bad with my area network from very day. I complain about this in my area of airtel in whatsaap group if any shopkeeper does TSM remove us from the group and we do not hear any problems.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

@airtelnews @airtelindia Recently ported from Jio to Airtel and raised an eSIM request 4 days ago. It’s still showing “in progress,” and the worst part is even customer care cannot explain the reason for the delay. Really disappointing experience. Was completed in 10mins with Jio

@airtelindia @airtelnews I haveissue with my IPTav STB, raised complaint on 6th March no body contacted. On 10th March after my call an engineer visits and marked ticket resolved without my consent and left by saying that he will email to change the stb. Now the STB stop working.
