@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Where is network I'm unable to get network at this place... There is only one tower in this area. Please do the needful. If u want plot for tower we have a plot so we can get proper network or I have to do MNP.

Head I am the airtel's retailer and I have been bad with my area network from very day. I complain about this in my area of airtel in whatsaap group if any shopkeeper does TSM remove us from the group and we do not hear any problems.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

The airtel network in our city is far worse than 20 days. Network of 2g is supporting I have been suffering for a long time. But no help. Talk to customer care, the head will be cured in two days as our network team is working here. Please correct the network soon.@airtelindia

@airtelindia should introduce a plan which contains a validity of 84/90 days, internet of 1 GB/day, free call to any network in anytime and free roaming within entire India and 50 nos. sms/day. @Airtel_Presence should think of their customers, who does not use minimum data/day.

I am really frustrated now . @airtelindia just only knows how to close ticket without resolution . Even though i did multiple follow ups , shown them the issue everytime . They simply say due to technical glitch , this happened . I mean for more than 8-10 tickets in last 12 days

From last 5 days Airtel server down between 8to 11 pm in my area due to 4g+ and today I am facing this from morning and there is no response from Airtel only they suggesting me to wait for 28 December. I don't know why you slow down internet by providing 4g+ . @airtelindia
