@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Where is network I'm unable to get network at this place... There is only one tower in this area. Please do the needful. If u want plot for tower we have a plot so we can get proper network or I have to do MNP.

What I shall call @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Dumb or smart. On the name of customer support they kept a stupid bot which is of no use. Can't complaint about Network via app Bcoz there is no network. No response on mail. Never ending wait time for customer care call.

Hey @airtelindia Seems like your sim card has suddenly stopped working. Zero signal. The sad part is i cant receive OTPs anymore which means zero banking for me. If this wasn’t part of some controlled experiment could you please resume my services. Restart & flight mode ✅

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews It seems all the Airtel guys are on long vacations,after 4 days still no response, neither any update when I called on customer care numbers. Good strategy, you will not listen anything from customer and there will be no open complaint.
