Head I am the airtel's retailer and I have been bad with my area network from very day. I complain about this in my area of airtel in whatsaap group if any shopkeeper does TSM remove us from the group and we do not hear any problems.@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia

The airtel network in our city is far worse than 20 days. Network of 2g is supporting I have been suffering for a long time. But no help. Talk to customer care, the head will be cured in two days as our network team is working here. Please correct the network soon.@airtelindia

@airtelindia’s Fiber has been not working suddenly for the last 3 hours and despite lodging complain from the Thanks app, there has been no solution. Will Airtel refund me the money lost for all the time Internet is not on? Absolutely disgusted by this random outage.

I am an airtel User, staying out of India.Sim stopped working and I reached out and mailed to 121 giving authorization in the name of my friend. But I keep getting return mail to call 121 for further solution. Could @airtelindia tell how the **** I call 121 when I not in india.
