    No responsiblity,they will not pick your call not even in the office hours, they will disconnect your call which is a disprespect for me. this all is happening on the 3rd day of airtel fiber connect. Great service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia ur service is very poor. I hv changed my plan to prepaid on 19/7/2020. Still you hv stopped my network on 23/7/2020 night. 2nd mistake hv sent me bill of Rs 317/- u give big ads on TV people hv no complaints.air tell's service is v.v.v poor.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence One of the worst network and lowest data speed. All such claims of indoor coverage is baseless. 8802535303. Voice quality is poorest and breaks abruptly. Better you people work on improving infrastructure.

Because your whole idea of looting a customer and mentally harassing just for a minor issue is too much. Even your support staff are not well equipped to resolve the issue

    @airtelindia @DoT_India @Airtel_Presence Have been following up for Network Issue atleast since last 6 months. But no resolution, even no one calls me back. I had to call always. But, I am assured on every call - you will get a call in 48 hrs, which has never come since 6months

    I have been a regular customer of @airtelindia for last 7 years, I never had such bad experience which is convincing enough to push me to change my mind. Their employees are proactive to do their sales, once done they won’t even pick your calls morover they start to disconnect.

    @airtelindia I requested to airtel Xstream fiber for new connection on 18th of January. Airtel team informed me that they will come on 20th at 10 am but they came at 3:30 pm and stopped their work in mid and gone without completing the work. They not came till now. Worst work.

    @airtelindia Don't show these ads, if you aren't able to provide these services. I have requested to upgrade my broadband plan on 13th December, and since then, have contacted customer support a dozen times. They always ask me to wait for 24hrs.
