@airtelindia my SIM card not working , phone says “Insert Sim” other Sim working fine in the same phone. My important call I missed today due to Sim defects. Is Airtell Company give such bad Sim to customer for harrasment to rush Airtell shop?or we should change Mobile company ?

@airtelindia you guys were better than jio in my area but since last few month you are also ****. Single handedly I convinced 15 people to port to Airtel in my area from jio. If your network will be like this I think we need to switch to something else. @JioCare

@airtelindia - its been a week that i am facing "service not available" and not receiving any messages/calls.. I raised couple of cases via airtel app, but it just says "resolution in progress". no place to update, escalate or followup!!!.. customer service xp is pathetic :(

@jaagograhakjago I request to kindly take actions against @airtelindia because we recharge for getting good services of network and internet but company unable to provide these services in my location. Facing so much network issue. Why @airtelindia cheating us.
