    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can we have an update on Request No. 31-3129393777008 as Airtel network is worst here. Only showing 4G on mobile but 4G speed is less than 1 MBPS.

    @airtelindia I have took the Airtel fibre connection and it's been 5 days there's no news. Day before yesterday your engineer arrived and returned saying he forget some tools and he will return in 1.5hrs but till now no news. Really worst service am very disappointed.

    Received three sms’s yesterday as well as today claiming that Airtel representative will connect with me but nothing happened. Seems that @Airtel_Presence assurance is a case of empty barrel making noise. @airtelindia poor customer service 👎🏼

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia now airtel not care their customers. Sim suddenly not working changed ystry 19;00hrs not working at all. executives at store not understanding at all and giving time of 24 to 48 hrs, i think it's time to Change after 14 yrs to finish this suffering.

    @airtelindia Only am able to survive because of my Wifi but my prepaid connection plan has just makes me crazy there are call drops every minute, internet connection even after 20% increase in plans has been poorer than a 2G network.

    Connections are under issue which airtel is not bothered to address it and atleast not for a customer who is associated with airtel for 18 + years @airtelindia …

    @airtelindia hello, I am not able to talk to any executive. I have a query regarding linking adhar card to the mobile number. I am wondering how come such a big brand is not able to provide a customer care executive to their customers??

    @airtelindia Such ridiculous network of Airtel has made my life worse than hell. Above all more frustrating is their customer care service you cannot talk to service executive and there's a freaking "Airtel thanks" where just complains are registered but resolution of no sort .

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Will you guys ever fix the damn issue ? Complaining from past 2 years, but you seem to freaking never care, always get a message someone would call me and get the issue fixed with 48 hours. Fix your message atleast, make it 48 years. Pathetic service
