    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can we have an update on Request No. 31-3129393777008 as Airtel network is worst here. Only showing 4G on mobile but 4G speed is less than 1 MBPS.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia not able to send msg from last 2 months. raised complaints but no result. no customer support no help.... only switching to other network is the solution????

    Very disappointed with Airtel's service. I recharged with a ₹39 data add-on because I had no data left and needed internet immediately. However, the recharge doesn't appear in the Airtel Thanks app. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia , seems your AI Customer support is just to frustate customer not to solve problem. How can someone get billing when they have deactivated the Broadband service? and your call agents are warning to Jail the person??

    @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia . My Wi-Fi issue has been pending for far too long despite multiple complaints. @Airtel_Presence has completely failed to respond or provide any resolution. Level of customer service is unacceptable.

    It's been over a week since I requested @airtelindia to shift my office Wi-Fi to a new location. Despite multiple follow-ups, there's been no resolution. Your team even had the wrong address, despite visiting just a month ago for service. Please resolve this ASAP.

    My Wifi connection was disconnected and lodged complaint on 1st July. But till now not rectified. Im unable to browse internet from my mobile network because here in my area airtel signals are very poor. So I'm requesting you solve my problem as soon as possible. @airtelindia
