    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can we have an update on Request No. 31-3129393777008 as Airtel network is worst here. Only showing 4G on mobile but 4G speed is less than 1 MBPS.

    @airtelindia very unhappy with the services..where evryone getting speed of 100 Mbps we are struggling to get 24mbps.landline service shows Airtel Xtream fibre whereas it is copper wired..can something be done..can anyone contact from a mgmt who cn tk actions .#Airtelbroadband

    What the hell @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .why u fail to provide a smooth network in my area. U r making fools of your customers. You r relax about that nobody can't take action on your company. There is a huge scam in telecom.

    Hi @airtelindia From the last 7 days, we ( in our locality everyone) are facing internet issues. I tried to connect with customer support executive and even also tried the Airtel thanks app, but couldn't find any option to chat/talk with any executive.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia WTF is this, your engineer visited my house just look at router once and turned back and never came back and his mobile number is un-reachable or he has switched off. This is how to deal with customers?
