My Airtel Digital TV/IPTV connection was activated with an incorrect customer name that doesn't match my KYC documents. A basic correction has turned into a frustrating ordeal.

Why I have to get to the mess of finding a phone with esim rather than using a Esim Adaptor for cheap???? Whyyy My sim card for stuck in the process of activation in my iPhone and now no one can help!!
