@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I mean i already told her to port in prepaid still she ported mi prepaid jio to airtel postpaid. Don't you think that its a fraud. Now forcefully i have to use postpaid. i have to say that Airtel representatives are worst.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my internet issue still persists. What’s the point of you guys creating Airtel Black or platinum when bare minimum connectivity is an issue. Paying for 300 mbps and getting 20 mbps. Can I get refund for the annual package I have purchased ?

@airtelindia the service call for my internet was an eye wash. My speed is 20MBPS and I am paying for 300MBPS. So who can help me here for paying annual fee or can I get refund to shift ?
