@sourabhsanyal @airtelindia @Apple Have you updated to the latest beta iOS? In that they have given access to both Jio and Airtel 5G. In Apple iPhones which support 5G, the access is still in test mode from the OEM.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I recharged my Airtel Wallet on the Thanks App but it shows 0 balance, when my money had been debited from my bank account. No where to complain too! App should be more user friendly. Cant even speak on call with customer care official to raise issue

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Nowadays Airtel speed is pathetic. It's giving mere 0.70 Mbps. It's across all handsets and all place. Forget about 4g & 5g, your network is working on gprs speed. Raise complaint but was closed without resolution.

@Airtel_Presence #airtelindia #TRAI #PMOIndia So what I conclude from this is payments made from your gateway are not captured by your system on time. Customer suffers without Internet and TV, their money is also held up for days together with no useful results for the client.
