    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia can we have an update on Request No. 31-3129393777008 as Airtel network is worst here. Only showing 4G on mobile but 4G speed is less than 1 MBPS.

    Two months without a proper network in Abhama, Pulwama. Every call to Airtel customer care ends with the same false promise, "wait 4 hours." We are tired of excuses. Either fix the issue immediately or tell us if we should port to another network. Enough is enough. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia they will call back once the server was active. I waited for the call till 4.30 pm and visited the store again. The issue was still the same Server is down. They instead asked me visit a private shop near BSNL office to get my issue resolved. The team there is not at all

    @airtelindia is running a scam where if you have an active unlimited plan and recharge with another unlimited plan of different amount, both plan becomes active which means customer has to pay double for the same call. Worst is that customer care is very arrogant...

    Paying β‚Ή799/month for @airtelindia broadband but getting the worst experience for gaming! My connection is stuck on a restricted CGNAT IP (100.148.x.x) causing Strict NAT issues on PC. Fix this backend routing immediately or I will disconnect! @Airtel_Presence
