    I have used almost all the network of IND in my life at present Im a customer of @airtelindia and @reliancejio and I can say with full confidence that both of them have very bad network all over India including the place where I live where both these network are very bad (1/2)

    but do nothing. It was my big mistake that I got ported in jio, my data becomes useless because of your bad service, who is responsible for this, did jio company provide me extra data. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia is looting customers in broad daylight now. 13-14 hours of broadband downtime every other day in the name of “maintenance” while charging full amount for service. Internet down since 11 Pm yesterday. I am writing this for the second time here, after receiving no reslution despite writing multiple mails, including to appellate authorities.     @imhiteshpatel @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel and Jio Fiber support has become very frustrating. Most customer service is fully automated, and even the assigned relationship managers are often unresponsive. better to go with a reliable local broadband provider.

    @airtelindia & as the consumer is stuck in that bind for one year they charge you more for expensive top ups. why can’t a consumer who pays for a service exit it by his own choice. This is monopolistic behaviour! Really bad @airtelindia disappointed & dissatisfied @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia “Fastlane” tech aa? Or premium pricing for normal service? If I must pay extra just to make a quick ₹10 tea UPI payment in a crowded stall, that’s not innovation. That’s just monetising inconvenience. Better carry cash then..

    Dear @airtelindia , I am using a 200 Mbps Wi-Fi plan, but the speed I am receiving is much lower than promised. As per the attached speed test, I am getting only around 154 Mbps download speed.
