    @airtelindia providing best class service by not allowing user to apply for a new broadband connection nearby 200m from a existing running connection & when I am trying to reach out Airtel Lakhimpur Kheri ofc they are saying they don’t have permission to do so @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia my complaint no is 135212302 for broadband issue my internet is not working and it has been almost 24 hrs there is no action from your side please look into it ASAP.

    but do nothing. It was my big mistake that I got ported in jio, my data becomes useless because of your bad service, who is responsible for this, did jio company provide me extra data. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    I have used almost all the network of IND in my life at present Im a customer of @airtelindia and @reliancejio and I can say with full confidence that both of them have very bad network all over India including the place where I live where both these network are very bad (1/2)

    airtel i am shifting from your network to jio fiber, the reason isi have to shift the connection but no one contact me till now i have raised it on 30 march and now it is 2nd april. Im shifting all my airtel connections you are a worst in handling @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia worst shifting service ever. Even after raising the request a week in advance no service provider came for setup in the new location. Called Customer Support 10 times, very incompetent. A delay of 48 hours from the scheduled time. Will shift to @reliancejio

    Absolutely frustrated with @airtelindia My airtel phone number has been incorrectly changed to postpaid from pre paid. I placed no such request. Kindly cancel the request as I’d like to keep it prepaid. Tried contacting on emails and Airtel app, hope this gets your attention!

    @airtelindia I have a 5G device and have been using the internet without any trouble till today. It keeps telling me you have used up 90% of the data. When calling customer care bot doesn't connect you to a representative. What the hell is this and what do I do now?

    I do not understand the internet service of @airtelindia my wifi is not working since last 4 days and every day all you guys do is assign a new service engineer. If there is a single day delay in paying the bill the reminder are too frequent but nothing about the service.
