@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, I am facing internet issue on my fibre broadband from last Saturday 8:30AM and it took 2 days to get that resolved and now again I am facing the same issue from yesterday, raised complaint which got escalated multiple times but still no resolution.

@airtelindia just like that without no reason at all my postpaid sim stopped working . The customer care team refused to help and asked to visit Airtel store. Icabt visit he store due to covid ! If you guys can do doorstep help when I got this new sim why can't you help now!

@Airtel_Presence Well this trick didn’t work, the network bar shows EDGE/GPRS more than 4G. I am paying for 4G and not even getting 2G properly. Will you do anything about it? @airtelindia
