    @gandabherunda @airtelindia It's not the bot nor the programmers fault, it's just that appreciations are so rare, they never bothered to train Thier bot on reading and replying to the same.

    @airtelindia can you please fix the complaint number 136663956. it is for my broadband . internet is not working for more than 24 hours. You want customer to pay money when there is outage also from ur side. engineer does not have mobile number also.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it has been more than 3 months since i lodged my complaint against the network connectivity indoor. The signal is now at god’s sake with almost no signal many times. Is this the network you provide to your customers. #sos

    @airtelindia One of the worst broadband services I have experienced ever and customer care can't do ****. Internet k liye life m itna bheek nhi manga. 5 dino se bol bol k thakk gya hu lekin koi matlab hi nhi h inko, bola tha 3 din m kaam ho jayega lekin 9 din hone ko h.
