@airtelindia my family members has been using airtel connection since last 14 years but now it is time to switch to other mobile proviers due to your deteriorated internet service.. it is pathetic in my area gadariya mohal kanpur 208001..even call to customer care didn't help

Thnk U @airtelindia for cheating on the name of airtel black. 1stly ur sales team forces to buy broadband assuring me the fiber network will start in a week. 2ndly askn to convert into airtel black plan and then informing tht you guys are not sure when the fiber network ll begin.
