    20 year + association with Airtel come to end. Going to port out my 3 nos due 2 poor network. Earlier Airtel and Hutch in Delhi, engineers used to resolve network issue within 48 hrs. Ab every 48 hrs update will come “resolution is in progress” @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Hello Airtel. I did complaint number 31-4629297957331 about one month ago about your worst network connectivity in India. In between, how many times you yourself dismissed my complaint without resolving it. Today you closed again.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I ported my number to a postpaid connection. After 4 days, the process got completed according to your app. But, now neither my old sim has any network nor the new sim. And your customer care service is pathetic :) I should switch to @reliancejio
