    Promising a resolution by today evening and then rescheduling it to 09-Jul-2026 without any prior communication is disappointing. This ongoing delay has severely impacted my work. Kindly escalate this issue and ensure it is resolved today. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Extremely frustrated! I've been calling customer care again & again but no resolution. Technician is refusing to visit and customer care is not reassigning the ticket to anyone else. This service is pathetic. Please look into my issue urgently.

    Really disappointed with the poor customer service from @airtelindia I raised a request to shift my Wi-Fi connection on 4th July, and despite multiple follow-ups, it still hasn’t been resolved. I even visited the Airtel Store multiple times, but there was no proper response. The Store Manager simply said that only complaints can be registered, with no actual resolution or timeline. To make matters worse, while I was at the store, I met two other customers facing similar issues. This has been my worst experience with Airtel. Bad 👎🏼 #Airtel #WorstCustomerService

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Iptv remote stopped working and I registered a complaint for the same. Engineer was supposed to visit yesterday but didn't and I'm receiving new engineer details from your side but no one is coming. Worst service day by day.
